I waited to last minute to search for my wedding dress. It should have been one of the first things on my list since you have to order a new one and wait a few months to receive it. I was in a rush I was frustrated and nervous. Every bridal store I went to told me that it was way too late to order a dress. Luckily I find Winnie Couture online and I call make an appointment for the very next day and they were able to order my dress, there would be a cost for the rush fee but I didn’t care it was my fault for waiting so long to buy a dress. I was just really thankful that they were able to order it. Winnie Couture has the prettiest dresses I had seen so it worked out great! Not only were they able to order me a dress but I liked the dresses there the best. It was meant to be. The customer service there was just amazing beyond belief, I walked in a frantic woman and walked out happy and stress free. I found the most perfect dress, a dress that made me look and feel like a queen. I was ready to get married!

I found my perfect dress here. The staff was so great and flattering. They offer pre-alterations so when the dress came in I had one fitting and took the dress home that day. The dress came in early even with the additions we added. I just loved everything about my experience.

I love, love, love my dress! The experience of shopping for the dress was wonderful. My mother and two of my bridesmaids joined me in the salon to help me find my dress. It was not crowded or stressful at all, unlike some other bridal boutiques. The store is absolutely beautiful, and the women working there are very nice and very pleasant to work with. I found my dress the first day. I also found my veil and jewelry. My bridesmaids were allowed to take pictures, and the whole experience was just wonderful! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I bought my dress from Winnie Couture in Atlanta, and the whole bridal experience was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. Jessica was patient and really listened to what I wanted in a gown. She kept me under budget, all while making me feel like a princess. I enjoyed the separated dressing rooms. It made me feel like I was the only bride in the store.

The salon is very intimate and they were really focused on helping me to find my dream dress. I wasn't rushed to make a selection, which was really important to me.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this salon, particularly Alexa. I was never rushed, and I felt like Alexa immediately understood me and exactly what I was looking for. The entire staff has been kind and made me feel special from the second I walked through the door and throughout the entire process. Even picking up my wedding dress was special and I was able to stay over an hour trying on my dress with family and enjoying the moment. Definitely come find your dress here...and request Alexa!

Winnie Couture was the second wedding dress store that I went to. During my appointment I knew that I found my wedding dress. I decided to visit more bridal shops and make sure that I still felt strongly about the winnie dress after trying on more dresses. I kept comparing every dress to the winnie dress that I fell in love with. My dress ended up being just under $2,000, which is more that I wanted to pay, but it was worth it. When I tried on other dresses, I could tell that the quality of material just wasn't as good as winnie couture. This convinced me that it was worth a little more to pay for my dream dress! I also found a yelp check in special for a free veil, so that was a plus too! I worked with Jessica pretty much every time I went to the store and she was always very friendly and helpful, same for every other employee that I spoke to. I ordered my dress at a standard size and ended up having to have very little alterations done to it. My wedding is in a few weeks, so not everyone has seen it, but everyone who has seen my photo of me trying it on loves it! I can't wait to actually wear it!! I am glad that I went with winnie couture for my dress!

I found my dream gown at Winnie Couture in Atlanta! The price ranges are from $1200 and up which I thought was competitive considering the quality of the dresses. The staff were friendly and helpful. I opted to pay a little extra for custom fitting so that I would not have to have multiple fittings. The dress fit great, except the bust area was a little bigger than I would've liked. If you choose this option, keep in mind that you will need to retain your weight or end up paying more with an outside tailor to make adjustments. You also get a nice Winnie bag for storing your gown! Also, they have great sales (20% off) around certain holidays, but they will not adjust the price if you order a gown beforehand. My dress came back about 2 months ahead of time, which was also nice.

Wow! I am completely blown away by Winnie Couture….being there was so fun, its bridal heaven. They have the best most gorgeous dresses you’ve probably ever seen. I had so much fun trying so many stunning dresses, it was like playing dress up. Not to forget their customer service was excellent! I worked with my very own bridal stylist and she was super sweet but the rest of the staff was so nice and they also made sure I was happy and satisfied. I walked out a happy bride!

When I first went to Winnie Couture I was super impressed. Great staff, great dresses, and even better service. I ended up buying my dress same day and paid extra to have the dress made to my exact measurements (I forget the term for this). Meaning, they took my bust size, waist, height, floor to waist, etc. Winnie Couture recommended this "extra" so that I shouldn't need any alterations after my dress arrived.

I picked up my dress several months later after it came in. While the dress fit in the bust, waist, etc PERFECTLY, the dress was extremely long to the point that I could not walk forward without stepping on the dress. Literally when I walked forward the dress would go under me. I told management that they should have to pay for the dress to be hemmed since I had paid Winnie Couture a lot of money to have the dress made to my exact measurements. Note that when they took my measurements I did have my wedding heels on in order to make the measurements exact (Winnie Couture's recommendation).

Winnie Couture flat out refused to pay any money to have the dressed altered because hemming it would be my "personal preference". I asked them if they preferred a bride not being able to walk down an isle without holding up her dress. Management did not react favorably to that question.

While I am very excited to wear my beautiful dress to my wedding, I am extremely disappointed in Winnie Couture's attitude, professionalism, and customer service. When a client pays for a service, they should receive what they paid for.

Wonderful Service. Winnie Couture has gorgeous dresses but the thing I loved most about Winnie Couture was their customer service. I worked with the sweetest most helpful bridal stylist. She was there every step of the way, I couldn’t have done it without her!
