I have been going to La Ritz Spa & Salon for over 2 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I have had all of the services they provide except manicures and pedicures. I prefer the massages and facials. I haven't had a bad experience from either. All of the people that work there are always friendly and very respectful. I would (and have) recommend La Ritz to others.

I visited LaRitz on Saturday, June 30. My experience was beyond wonderful! Teisha did a Parafango belly wrap and Brazilian wax on me. She was very patient, courteous and insightful throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to make me feel at ease. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a sensational spa experience!!!

Today was my 2nd visit to La Ritz Spa and once again I had a wonderful experience. My beauty consultant Krystale is wonderful and knows her stuff. My 1st visit was for a bikini and underarm wax (1st time for me) and she did a great job! Today I had underarm and eyebrow wax and once again she did a great job! Take a visit here and ask for Krystale!!!

I am sure there are much better spas in the ATL area. my daughter bought the mother/daughter spa day, which included a facial, massage and eyebrow waxing. The rooms for the facial and eyebrow waxing were very dim. After Crystal (?) waxed my eyebrows, she suggested that I get a brow tint. (I realized when I got home that she had cut my eyebrows to about 1/4" long.) The facial wasn't much better. I woke up the next morning with white heads all over my chin. :( Didn't think that was supposed to happen after a facial. My pores appeared to be clogged as well . As it was my first massage too (Kim I think she said her name was), I didn't know what to expect. Certainiy not the Pandora commercials. I am a small woman and she applied so much pressure, I was so sore when I left and for a few days after. Not relaxing at all. Neither one consulted me as to what I expected from the experience. Didn't call me by name even though I included it on the form. I purposly answered the questionnaire vaguely as I didn't know what to expect and thought that there would be some type of Q&A beforehand. The final straw was when we exited, and the receptionist couldn't find our Crowd Savings Vocher, and was trying to charge me again. Also, both practitioners were present when she asked, "Would you like to leave a tip?" Now how tacky is that? If I wanted to leave a tip, I would have asked how to go about it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!!!!!!. I WENT TO THIS SPA YESTERDAY TO HAVE A MUD WRAP$50, A LIP TREATMENT$15, AND AN EXFOLIATING PAPAYA MASK$30. IF YOU GO TO THEIR SITE YOU WILL SEE THAT THESE ARE THE PRICES THAT ARE GIVEN. THAT WOULD BRING MY TOTAL TO $95. I BROUGHT A 20% COUPON WITH ME WHICH WOULD OF BROUGHT MY TOTAL TO $76 BUT WHEN I GOT READY TO LEAVE I WAS CHARGED $116. THE LADY AT THE DESK EVEN QUOTED ME THE PRICE OF $76 BEFORE I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE FROM LAWRENCEVILLE. SHE TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS $76 AND FOR ME TO BRING THE COUPON. I ASKED HER IF THAT WAS WITHOUT TAX OR IF THAT WAS A FLAT RATE. SHE SAID THAT WAS THE FLAT RATE. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL BE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THE BUSINESS BUREAU

The best stress and tension relief massages around.. Tabitha is the BEST! She is heavy handed, but you will leave her feeling 100% better.

Awesome 1st time experience @ La Ritz. Excellent service...today was my first time ever experiencing a Brazilian Wax/Full Legs and it was definitely worth EVERY dime. The environment was calm, the welcoming was on point and as nervous as I was it didn't take long for Teisha Reid to assure me everything will be just fine and it was :-) It was private, my appointment time was met & I enjoyed my morning there. I will recommend anyone to give them a try. I left satisfied and I WILL be back!!!

Not a Spa. Had appointment for manicure and pedicure and waited 25 minutes until they actually started. The room where they do mani and pedi's is very dull and not exactly tidy. Polishes were old and unorganized. Not what I expected at a spa. I was never introduced to the nail tech, I later had to ask her name. Check out was an ordeal. Charged my card three times so my bank denied anymore charges. I will not go back. Very disappointing experience!

Best in Conyers. I visit La Ritz Spa & Salon on 06/11/11 and enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. April did an excellent job with my hands as well as giving attention to specific areas of my feet. April also answered all my questions concerning my hands and feet. This was my first visit to La Ritz; but, it won't be my last. The customer service was great as I was greeted by the receptionist; Tisha. The calm, relaxing atmosphere was just what I needed after a day at work.
