Terrible!! I scheduled an appt on sat to have the work done( windows tinting) on wed at 9am. When I called at 930 because nobody showed up they said they forgot to put the appt down. They sent two guys two hours later, but with wrong films. They were supposed to be back at 115 and guess what? Nobody showed up and they didn't even call !!!!!! They basically ignored me and the fact that I waited twice for them! When I called, Will told me that they didn't have the film that I wanted!! Seriously?? What about a call?? He was very rude and didn't care at all. When I told him that I will post a bad review because it was out of line his answer was " I don't care because we have all great reviews" ! really? From what I checked u don't.

Awesome job!!. Lenox mall really have thest window tint shop in Atlanta!! They did a great job on my g35 for $170 with warranty. Also the guys that do the detailing gave me a discount to get my car cleaned after and they did an AWESOME JOB!! There's not many reputable companies out there but this one can be trusted!

Terrible Customer Service. I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated when trying to schedule a detailing service.

I purchased a Groupon for detailing and called to schedule my appointment. They were so far behind that they could not schedule me before the Groupon expired. Usually businesses honor the offers even after they expire as long as they are scheduled before (so the offer can be submitted and the business gets paid) but these guys were unwilling to do so. They even mentioned that 8 other people were also turned away. After numerous attempts call them back to see if we can work something out, I got no answer and no returned calls.

This is a terrible way to treat customers and they'll never get my business.

There's no professional window titters here. I watched 3 guys tint 2 of my windows taking over an hour. This job should have been complete in about 30-40 minutes by one person.

Dunwoody Detailing, DON'T GO!. This place was horrible! We had to schedule a window tint a month in advance, called the day before and they said that they appointment was still good. Showed up after sitting in traffic to get there and the window tint guy had left 40 minutes ago!! We called the "office" and they said that they couldn't call him back in and that they could reschedule us in 3 weeks. We just asked for a refund. These people are frauds and do NOT know how to run a business! I would never refer anyone to go to these guys. BEWARE!
