Jim Ellis Buick GMA Mall of Georgia - AWESOME!!!. I am a long time customer of Jim Bailey GMC and have continued with Jim Ellis GMC purchasing two cars in the past year. And a total of 8 cars over the last 8 years! I really love the service at your dealership! And Craig Ebel is the absolute best customer service associate I have ever met. I do not call him a sales person because he does not sell. He understands us as a customer and then finds what meets our needs. We have built such a relationship that he can just pick out a few cars he knows will meet our needs and we select from them. He has never steered us wrong! And he always follows up and keeps in touch with us! The only recommendation that I would make is to expand the service area and provide work stations for your customers to use. As many of us are now mobile workers and only need an area to work while we wait on our service which allows us to be productive. The staff at Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia always accommodated my needs and provide me a space but I do not like imposing on them. So to create a perfect experience that is ALL I would recommend!
