I arrived at work one morning to discover that my shop had been broken into. I called straight away and 20 minutes later somebody was at my door step! Professional and helpful service was had by all.

Great locksmith. The tech that came and fixed my doorlock at my home was a very respectful person and a quick worker. he fixed my lock in just a few short mins. Thank you for the great help. Keep up the great work.

Horrible service. Would not use this company. OK. Here's the deal: I don't write reviews- good or bad. However, I feel so strongly about how terrible the service was with this company (and given how deceptive the prior reviews are) I felt it my civic duty to post this.

It seems as though the other reviews are all self-generated. The one person who has more than one other post has three locksmith reviews at the same time. Right.

I found the owner to be rude, discourteous and unprofessional. His behavior made me too nervous to even think about this company having a key to anything of mine, especially my house. I had an appointment which was not honored on their part and when I tried to get an ETA for service I got handed off to numerous people and eventually hung up on. I Called back, hung up on again.

I subsequently called a well-established company out of Sandy Springs that is part of the BBB and the local business groups. Total professionals and came right out even though I called late on a Friday afternoon. However, this is not a sales pitch for anyone else, just a cautionary tale regarding my horrible experience with GA Best Lockguys.

Hope this helps balance or even counter the glowing

and suspect other reviews.

Thanks guys!. The auto locks in my car stopped working a few weeks ago. I tried putting it off but got so annoyed! I called Dunwoody Best LockGuys and they had them fixed quickly and didn't charge me a fortune.
