I had occasion to need a large furniture piece moved to different part of our house. I did describe the piece well, and they immediately got one additional moving person when they saw the piece. This is big and solid. The extra person arrived within 1/2 hour,

They did a fine job, and I was really comfortable with them.

They are not fluff. They are determined and hard working,

and I truely appreciate that.

They kept the quote and did not charge me any additional, even though I am certain they initially did not feel that one piece would be so very solid and difficult.

I have had many occasions to move locally, and they are who I will be calling back. Thanks for the opportunity to sound off.

Not what I expected:. We used this company for our move a week ago. We moved from a larger 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that was on walk in level to our new home 15 minutes away that has 1 set of stairs that go to the bedrooms. When I booked the move I was told by David, the owner that they were very fast and full-time employees. He also told me that he estimated no more than 5 hours at the most. The team arrived with a bigger moving truck. The team of 2 men did not have any uniforms or name tags on. They ended up taking 8 hours to move us. Everything was packed and ready to go. They did not even finish putting the items where their went. Everything was left in my garage and they left. I spoke with the Owner David and he basically did nothing. I was surprised because he was so nice before but, then he became a business owner that did not care whether his customer was happy or not. He never called me back about his workers being slow or the fact he promised it would not take over 5 hours. I was so shocked at how he handled the situation. Even though, I have not found anything broken as of yet, the way my stuff was just left in my cold garage was very unprofessional and now, I am left with having to figure out how to get all these boxes to the upstairs all my myself.

Great Service!. There is no mover I trust more to move my valuable possessions than Angel Heart Movers. The owner of the company, David Smith, personally supervised the crew and made sure they did everything properly. I used them to both pack my property and move it, and both were done in a timely and professional manner for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again for my personal or business moves.

Great Service!. We just found our dream house and the employers made the moving portion very seamless and worry-free. It was very knowledgeable about techniques to make the move more efficient and safe for our breakables! I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needed to relocate. They were fabulous!

Great Service!. I have worked with other moving companies in Maryland area, and this was definitely the best. The last company that I used had their name painted on their trucks and their employees wore shirts with the name on them. They seemed impressive, but they ended up charging me almost double the rate they quoted me, and their workers were incredibly slow.

At one point, I was carrying more items than they were -- just to help speed up the process so they couldn’t bill me for even more time. they didn’t have fancy uniforms, but they charged me a fair rate, they stuck to the rate, and they worked quickly. I never felt that they were dragging along just to increase the amount of time they could bill me, the way that other company did.

Great Service!. They were careful in packing and took extra care not to track mud onto the carpet. They had a great attitude and took directions well. My experience with your moving organization was a pleasant one and I would definitely use your moving services again.
