The Name is a Perfect Fit..
If you are looking for good wholesome American food in a fun atmosphere look no further. US Cafe offers some of the freshest made to order American food in Buckhead. I'm talking burgers (beef and turkey), wings, fries and shakes, just to get you started. I personally enjoy the 1/2 pound turkey burger w/chipotle sauce and sweet potatoe tots.
The Cafe is family friendly and won't drain the pocket book. Watch sports on the big screen televisions located throughout the Cafe or shoot a game of pool in the game room.
Fun, friendly staff.

Great Burger joint. Hidden Gem with all the right ingredients. The Burger is great. The shakes are sensational. Not to mention they have great beer prices for game day with tv's to watch whatever game you want.

Cheeseburger and Peanut Butter Milkshake. Love this place! Don't leave with out having a cheeseburger and a peanut butter milkshake! If you are really hungry, get the lemon pepper wings....they are all-natural and the sauce is made from scratch!

US Cafe ROCKS. We have been "Regulars" at the Smyrna location for over 5 years. The SUPER burger with a Handmade Chocolate Shake is my Son's favorite. I greatly enjoy the Bacon & Blue Chips. Family friendly ambiance draws many local sports teams - adult and youth. Great VALUE for the money. Not a bad choice on the menu and all made fresh to order.

...We're Hooked!.
We visited the new US Cafe in Buckhead after hearing about it through friends who visit their location in Smyrna…we’re hooked! Their hamburgers are made with 100% Black Angus Beef and the manager, Dennis, showed us how they hand roll the meat every day with salt, pepper and spices (no fillers!). When you take your first bite, you can tell that the burger is fresh and not made from a frozen patty. Plus, the price was so affordable…two of us ate for less than $15 and I had a cocktail! We also ordered French fries, which were also fresh; we were told that they are hand-cut several times daily in the kitchen.
We were too full to try the wings, but judging by the menu, they are organic wings so we will definitely be back for round two.
Parking, although intimidating, was free and easy.
