RIP OFF

Honestly, everything started out ok on this job but towards the end it got really weird. The weather was getting bad and the painter wanted to stop and come back and finish up anything in the spring that needed touch ups. There was already some bubbling going on on certain parts of the house. I was promised by the painter and his foreman that one day in the Spring they would come out no problem. I mean i do have a contract and a 3 year warranty. The last day off the job which was mostly gathering their equipment and cleaning out my garage where they worked for a month, the painter approached me and said Sharper Impressions was not paying him what they promised and asked me to pick up the difference. I told him my contract was with Sharper Impressions, not him but I would call his foreman and see what was up. He sounded desperate. He had really worked hard. I called the local foreman and he never called me back after 3 calls. I finally called the company headquarters because I was worried for the painter but also worried if he wasn't getting paid, then he wouldn't want to come back and finish up. I was told that the foreman had been fired by the owner of the company Geoff Sharp. Mr Sharp also promised me that they would come finish up in the Spring no problem and not too worry. I have now been calling for a month and getting no response or call back whatsoever. I have a contract that guarantees the work for 3 years and they never even finished and part of it is bubbling and needs repairing. They are obviously trying to get out of repairing any work and avoiding me at this point. They have basically stolen money from me. I have contacted a lawyer and intend to take it as far as I can based solely on principal if nothing else. They are a SHADY company. I now have been finding many other reviews were people are having similar problems. They will probably be out of business soon which is fine by me. Go elsewhere for your painting needs.

Finally some customer service professionals!!!!

I am so excited about the work that Sharper Impressions did on my home I just had to share my experience. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. They have great customer service standards and hold themselves accountable for those standards. My husband travels a lot with work so he trusts me to make the decorating decisions. I was in a time crunch trying to repaint most of the rooms inside my home in ten days, as a surprise for my husband when he returned home. Brad was great to give me a heck of a price; so I signed up immediately for the work and had the color consultant out in just 2 days. She was great and took the time to pick out all the colors I would need. Brad knew I was in a hurry so he set the crew up to start the very next day. The work was done super quickly but very neatly and my husband loved the new feel of our home. Sharper made the whole thing fun and enjoyable instead of stressful; so thankful for there work!!!

Husband Finally Gave In

My husband likes to pretend that he is a handy guy who can fix things; but every time he tries to help around the house, it ends up costing more money to have a professional come out to fix his mistake and the original problem. We had wood rot on several places around the house, and our gutters needed cleaned and re-painted. After seeing his life flash before his eyes more than once, my husband asked me to call around and get different prices for the work. Sharper Impressions Painting wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive. The original price was pretty middle of the road, but with the additional 25% off they give from their flier it wasn’t that bad at all. My husband didn’t know why I wouldn’t just go with the cheapest bid, until I explained that we get a free color consultation, both material and labor warranties and a much more experienced company. He finally agreed with me and let me move forward with Sharper Impressions Painting. After that the work was completed quickly and efficiently. It was nice to go through an entire process like painting your home and never get a head ache from trying to deal with the painting company or painters. If we called with questions, they either answered or returned our call right away and were always available to help if we needed.

• Cons: We had a little more wood rot than we thought

Atlantas Sharpest Painters

They were prompt and professional. I was provided with a printed out exact quote. No deposit was needed. The price was in between my other two quotes and they painted my co-workers home so I signed up. My house was very dirty with mildew and dirt. The powerwasher cleaned the home very quickly and thoroughly. I had help from your color consultant, and we picked out the colors in just about 30 minutes.

The painters were very nice. They walked the job with me before starting. Everyday they cleaned up. We received two coats of paint and the new color looks amazing! They were careful to protect my windows with plastic and not stomp my gardens. They replaced all the shutters and downspouts once they painted them all with my new colors. The neighbors love the new style. I would recommend their painting services to anyone.
