POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.
If I could give it a zero, I would. My family of 4 went with a 'coupon/certificate' for a free lunch/dinner up to $10. We ordered 3 meals @ $8.99 each and a kids meal. Before I ordered, I presented the coupon/certificate and asked it would apply towards the fajitas special. He kept repeating, we will work it out, don't worry. So, I didn't worry. Well, when the check arrives, the kids meal wasn't on the bill, but 3 dinners @ $8.99 each were. Once he circled back around, I asked about the bill. He implied that he would take off a meal valued at $8.99. He said that he took the cheapest thing off of the bill, the kids meal. That is what they do. So, I mentioned that we had discussed this before and then reminded him that he said he would work it out. He could have cared less!!!!! No customer service at all, no budging, no further explanation, nothing! I can assure you that I will NEVER EVER grace the presence of their doors again. Oh yeah, on top of that, out of the 4 meals we ordered, 2 of them were delivered incorrectly.
I won't even get into the restaurant. com certificates!
By the way, this if the FIRST review that I have ever written. I felt so strongly about the lack of customer service, that I have to write one.
Great Sunday Buffet. My family and I have gone to the Sunday buffet twice and have ordered of the regular menu twice as well. Both times the food has been really good. The only thing is the service lacks personality. The kids menu for the price is not worth it. I might order off the adult menu and share it between my kids. The kids menu is just over priced for the amount of food you don't get. I prefer to enjoy the Sunday Buffet though. It is wonderful. Great variety and I would recommend this place. I just wish the staff would smile and talk more to stiff and stuffy.
7 Tequilas Mexican Restaurant.
II admit I can be hard on a restaurant….
but this has nothing to do about the food, more about its delivery.
Our food was served on a skillet so hot it boiled water on the handle 3 minutes after it was served to our table. Not only that, all of the food in the skillet burned black after it was served to our table. My child's fingers blistered with burn after he tried to move the handle so he could grasp his drink.
I brought up the skillet and the burned food to the manager and explained my child's burn and the unacceptable condition of the food. He proceeded to the kitchen where he was distracted with news of not enough silverware and chose to ignore my situation. I waited 20 minutes and went to find the manager for he had not yet approached our table. I was told he went to Publix for missing food supplies. After waiting for him in the back he agreed to remove our food charges but not beverage charges. That's fine. But not once did he take responsibility or approach our table nor my child who had burned his hands to the point where they blistered. I now understand he is a new manager recently promoted from waiter to run this restaurant. May he choose wisely in the future and not place restaurant protocol above the needs of his customers.
I think I'll let this restaurant season a bit before our return, never did taste the food. Our company of 5 went home . Disappointed
wonderful experience.. It was truly a wonderful experience. My cousin and I loved their simple Mexican fare. Aside from that, the service good too. This restaurant already made its way on top of my list for Mexican comfort food
