Hey folks.. The legendary William David Salon Buckhead is no longer open.. But the experience isn't over.. It may be a short 15 minute drive north of Buckhead. Just up 400 and 6 exits away. The staff is a dream, and the decor and quality... where do i begin??? Let me just say that you will be overwhelmed by the quality and service. I am a long time "Buckheader".. But no more!!! It's worth the drive to be heard and appreciated and WOW the hair andskin are off the chart. Don't wait enjoy your dream today!! Visit WDS Alpharetta... You won't be disappointed.

It is truly a shame that this Buckhead treasure has closed. They were a great member of the neighborhood. Another unfortunate victim of our poor economy and the "big bad" landlord that cares not for the tenants or customers, but only to kill the small business owner.. A true loss!!

OWNER IS AWFUL. Bill is probably the most rude person you will ever work with. He is only concerned about the money he makes and not the service he provides. He for some reason believes he is god's gift to the hair world... I would recommend going anywhere else but here, and never trying to use a LivingSocial coupon there because he will try his hardest to rip you off with it.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!. They cancelled on me 40 minutes before the appointment. She really didn't act like she was sorry. Extremely unpleasant!

Have a bad taste in my mouth now. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but unfortunately I do. First off, I wanted to say that I have naturally dark hair that I have been flat ironing and color treating professionally for over 8 years now. It was not super damaged --- just the natural wear and tear. I walked into the salon and explained to my stylist that I really wanted to have thin piecey blonde highlights throughout my hair. She saw how dark my hair was and her ONLY concern was that my hair would not lift to a blonde - It would be dark brown at the most. She said that she would conduct a strand test, which to me was impressive because most big expensive salons want you in and out the door, but I'm guessing since they weren't busy it was okay for her to do. She did a strand test and she was "surprised" by how well my hair lifted and advised that we continue with highlighting the rest of my hair. I have highlighted my hair for so long that I am pretty familiar with how long it takes my hair to lift and how long highlights are typically left in. My foils were left in for over 45 minutes and then on TOP of that, she put me under a really hot dryer. Horrible customer service from the owner!!. Horrible customer service! Owner Bill is extremely rude. I had 2 keratin treatments that DID NOT work. Instead of offering me a reasonable solution or some type of compensation for A LOT of time and money spent, he was condescending, disrespectful, and lost his temper with an already dissatifisfied client. I was called in to discuss the issue and he made me wait 30 minutes while i had to explain the problem to 3 of his staff members. He questioned every aspect of what I did, but when I questioned if his product or staff method was faulty, he was extremely rude, claiming that I came back after 5 weeks. The results were suppose to last 4-6 months, not 4 weeks! I have been to several salons in this city and never encountered such arrogance and poor customer service. Apparently defending faulty products that do not do what they claim and money is more important to him than treating his clients properly. I am not the only one with a bad experience here, just read the other reviews. This place looks desperate for business as is, and should not last with people like Bill managing it.

Loved Denise G!!!. As of this afternoon I was a new custormer and more than likely will be a repeat. Denise nailed my hair on the first try. Color and cut! She knew just what to do!

She is on the road to success! Down to earth person and down to earth salon, especially for the location. Peachtree & Piedmont. Stop by and be a people watcher while getting pampered!

JOSHUA ZANE...........THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. jOSHUA translates to miracle worker. He changed my color and in 30 years of coloring my hair I haven't been happier. Went from blonde with red highlights to red with blonde highlights. My hair mores with the color. I haven't been happier.
