Perfect stay and a great bargain!!!. STAY HERE!

Forget all the over priced hotels in Atlanta. These studios are adorable and come with a tiny kitchen all for a great price. I reserved this place for my in-laws for a week for around 60.00 a night. You can barely get a crappy Motel 6 for 60.00 a night. I think it cost more to reserve a crack den in ATL.

For such a small price you get so much. Like I said it has a kitchenette with a gas stove. The pics are exactly what it looks like. They have all recently been renovated and decorated in mostly Ikea gear. The bathroom were updated and everything was CLEAN! It is also in a great, safe location that is like half a block away from Kroger on peachtree. You could walk there and get grocery's for your little kitchen if you wanted.

My mother in law was very pleased with her stay. She said the bed was comfortable and it was mostly quiet. She wasn't sure about how to order more towels or toiletries but it wasn't a problem because they kept the same towels the whole time.

Really I thought this place was going to be too good to be true because of the price and the cute decor. But it was great in real life. Kevin is the property manager and he was very nice and patient with me. I had lots of questions which he answered professionally and in a timely manner. I recommend this to anyone and I will have family stay here when they come to ATL in the future.

Cool Studios-Rare Midtown Find- Great Rates, Ideal Location!. Glad to have found this gem. It's located at 25th Street and Peachtree in Midtown, in a cute neighborhood-walking distance to shops, dining, and SCAD, Marta, and the HIGH Museum.

The rooms are modern and chic with new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchenette. They offer long or short-term stays. I'll be back!
