They have pretty good deals throughout the year. They can also split payments for sessions. Clean environment and friendly staff.

I haven't had a treatment there yet so I can't say how their services actually are however, I did have a negative experience on my free consultation visit. When I arrived I explained that I'd called about purchasing the Groupon but the lady told me she would do the same amount by me just paying over the phone. I paid the required amount and was promised a Brazilian waxing and my underarms. After arriving though, I was told that they "misquoted" me the price and I'd have to pay the difference, which I did. In hindsight, I wished I'd not paid the difference but I just didn't feel like putting up a fight that day. Afterwards, they then called telling me they forgot to charge me for the numbing cream and that they needed MORE money from me. After refusing and explaining that I'd already given them an extra $200 beyond what I'd paid originally, and for all of my troubles, I thought they could at least comp the numbing cream, they had a manager call me. She explained on my vmx that she couldn't do that but what she could do was give me a $5 discount on the numbing cream (which is around $37) OR she could only give me 5 treatments instead of 6....Uh, hello! I paid around $90 per treatment...why would you even offer such a stupid thing??? If you insist on me paying you for the numbing cream, of course I'm going to give you the $32--not let you substitute an entire treatment in place of the cream. What idiot would agree to that? Anyway, needless to say, I'm a little nervous about going back. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing but I got so excited about the price, I didn't think about it. I saw all the negative reviews but was assured when I was there that things had changed and they were under new management. So far, Not impressed but if they follow through and do what they say they can and remove the hair, in the end, maybe all the stress will be worth it.
