WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! SCAM ARTISTS & SNAKES.
This place is horrible! At one time it was a trust worthy place to get your vehicle serviced. Not anymore! Nicole, Kim and Andy Phillips, to name a few are some of the worst people in the automotive
industry. I have already filed complaints through dealerrater and the BBB and have made some contacts to Atlanta media outlets to have some investigating done. Will sell services that you either don't need or you will need after there technicians purposely break things. This place needs some new ownership and some new managers and advisors. These people are horrible and disrespectful. Beware if you are a woman or senior citizen...they will screw you every chance they get. BOYCOTT SANDY SPRINGS TOYOTA!!!
After reading some reviews, I think there are a lot of naive people that bring their vehicles in and are not really sure what is ACTUALLY GOING ON! Do yourself, your sanity and your bank account a favor and DON'T GO HERE!…
A Character Building Day. This review pertains to the service department exclusively. My Corolla was recalled last fall. I contacted the service department and an employee by the name of Kim assured me the part was in stock and he could fix my car that day. I took the car in, reminded Kim of what I needed and waited in the lobby for about 2 hours. After that time lapsed, Kim informed me that I needed $800 worth of work on my car. I stated that I could not afford that at this time and was only interested in the recall. He stated that I owed $50 for a diagnostic test. I conveyed my confusion, as I was only there for the free recall. He then told me that they did not even have the recalled part. I was stunned considering I had been so clear regarding my needs. He insisted I pay the $50 and when I calmly questioned this he handed my paperwork to someone else and said "here, deal with her." I ended up having to speak with the head manager. The manager was the only redeeming part of the whole experience. He did empathize with me and waive the diagnostic fee. I just want to post this to prevent anyone else from having such a trying experience. I would advise you to avoid working with Kim if possible.…
loved the people and facility. i had been to several toyota dealerships and all the prices seemed to be within a couple of hundred dollars so i chose sandy springs toyota because i liked my salesperson and i loved the facility it seemed like a first class operation!!!! i plan to return to buy another car for my wife next year.…
Nicole Delaigle.
I have driven Toyotas for the past 12 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal rapport with my service manager. The service manager that has
helped me out the most is Nicole DeLaigle. She is very thorough and an honest service manager that i have come across. I never feel pressured into any unnecessary service. She ensures that my Camry is always running right and I have never had to bring my car back once she takes care of the service for that period (3000 mile checkup, my preference).
Nicole goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my service. She knows me by my name and is always asked about my family and knows that i adore my neices and love to go home to NY every chance i get. My point here is that Nicole is more that just a service manager for me. She is someone I trust and respect very highly. She takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level.
She is an outstanding service manager, and I would definitely buy another Toyota in the near future.…
Nicole DeLaigle.
I have driven Toyotas for the last 17 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal connection with my service manager. Some have been good & some
not so much, but none of them can even come close to Nicole DeLaigle. There is no one else in the city that I would want to work with for my 2006 4Runner.
Nicole is the most thorough & honest service manager I have ever worked with. I never feel pressured into unnecessary service. She makes sure my 4Runner is always running right & I have never had to bring my truck in for service outside of the normal 5,000 mile checkups.
And while I only see her every 5,000 miles, she remembers my name. She knows that my wife is pregnant. She knows that my dog is crazy. And she knows where I grew up. My point is that Nicole is more than just a Service Manager, she takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level.
In an industry where people believe that dealership service departments are only out there to fleece the customer, Nicole blows that theory out of the water. I would not only recommend her to anyone who owns a Toyota, she is a big reason why I would buy another Toyota.…
