BEWARE of this Service Center. This was my first time taking my vehicle to this location and it will definitely be my last. I have a couple reasons why:

First, while not all the employees there might be scam artists, one in particular was definitely shady. When I entered the store, I waited for-not exaggerating- five minutes before I was attended to, not because there was a long wait, but because he was discussing his weekend plans with a customer there. I thought he was another customer waiting until he nonchalantly approached me asking what I needed.

2) I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, 23 point inspection, so I requested for all these services to be completed. Since I was in a rush, it was not until I made it home that I realized that the tires, which I had previously marked, were never rotated (and after taking my car to two other service centers, I realized the 23 pt inspection was never completed because I received info about my brakes and tires that this employee never mentioned to me).

3) When I brought my car back to them the following Monday, I was told by the same rude mechanic that there "might" have to be an additional $40 charge for rotating my tires. What?! Why?! First of all, why wasn't it done when I previously brought my car, and secondly, why wasn't I told about a possible charge then??? He explained that the coupon stated that there might be a possible charge. He attempted to show me in the fine print the reason for the possible charge, but he continued to stumble over his words because the only reference to additional charges referred to cars with a tire pressure monitoring system, which my car doesn't have. Rather then recant his lies, he just kept sticking to it saying "well, you can't say I didn't warn you...I'm just letting you know that it might be a charge." Are you kidding?! I didn't bother arguing with him because at that point I was leery about what else might happen to my car in his care! Even if they are giving away oil changes for free, I'd never take my car back there again.
