I took my car to One Stop Automotive and I'm thankful I did. They were very honest, kind, and quick but thurough. The technicians are nice and the owner is very caring. Prices are resonable by far, and they will make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place to all who want fast, dependable, honest, service with a smile.

My husband, Shawn, just left this location off South Cobb Dr. He took my 2007 Ford Fusion in for a simple oil change. 2 hours later he gets home. 1st of all an oil change should take no longer than 45 min MAX; 2nd of all another customer, who arrived AFTER my husband for an alignment, was in and out before they even pulled my car in to get serviced which was 20 minutes after close and 1 hour 20 minutes after he arrived! Then, after all that time waiting, they STILL can't do the service properly because they don't have the correct filter?? Oh, and how could I forget the employee did not use any protection on my floorboard from his oily shoes and had to use solvent to clean it up, which will most definitely make me sick due to the strong smell. And they call themselves "One Stop Auto"? I am appalled at this horrible experience.

My car was completed ahead of schedule and looks brand new! The rear bumper was replaced and the paint matches perfectly!

Best Auto Repair Shop In Marietta!!!. The BEST Auto Repair service in Marietta! I love this auto repair shop! They always help me and make sure I know what is going on with my car! I take all of my vehicles here & leave happy every time! The first vehicle I took to One Stop Auto Pro. was my 1999 Ford Explorer, which i brought in for a tight rod replacement. Since then, I have had no problems with my car and that was 3 years ago! A year ago my 1998 Honda Civic ex started overheating and i didn't have a clue, why. I brought it in and the great mechanics at One Stop Auto Pro. did a diagnosis. It turned out that my car was steaming from a busted water pump & timing belt. I had both parts replaced and my car was immediately driving better then ever! A month ago the brakes on my 1997 Ford Ranger started squeaking. I came in and received a brake job & Alignment. Their alignments start at $39.99! That's unheard of! One Stop Auto Pro. Is a trustworthy Auto Shop with affordable prices & quality work.

Professional and Courteous. The mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and worked on my car in a timely manner. All the employees were also very professional and courteous.

Great Job. This was my first time getting my clutch repaired and they did a great job. It drives better then it has ever before! I will definitely recommend One Stop Automotive.
