A great health & wellness combo for urbanites. Calvin & Kathleen are such a great team! She leads the yoga and he cooks the food. It's a unique combination in a cool, in-town location. It's so accessible for the residents at Arizona Lofts. Calvin had fresh chicken parm in the cooler this weekend, which we brought home for dinner; we also tried the smoothies and fresh baked muffins. Yum!

I wish we lived closer so I could exercise with Kat.

Great Space. Their prepared food are great. Try the chicken parm and the meatballs. Kathleen, Calvin and everyone we met were friendly, warm and inviting. Their assortment of products could stop many a trip to the grocery store.

A must check out for everyone.

talented couple. Besides Calvin and Kathleen being the nicest couple, they are both exceptionally talented and their studio and market is no exception! The food is delicious, you can't go wrong with any of the daily specials!

The other merchandise in the market is great, from the baked goods to the dog treats! Great addition to the neighborhood!

Wow! & all in one place. The concept, food and exercise combined as one, helps me to feel more balanced & energized without having done more than walk through the door. Once inside the studio, I feel the warmth and pull of creativity from the talents of wonderful, energetic couple who combine their skills and passions into one place. After taking yoga classes from Kathleen (buff instructor) I feel inspired as well as stronger and stretched...then leave it to Calvin (The incredible chef) to create healthy and delicious together....don't worry there is substance to the food too. It is worth the stop...

Wonderful atmosphere. I was so excited when the Space Market and Sudio opened up. I have attended several of the yoga classes, but especially love the class for runners. What a great way to stretch out after a hard workout. Even better, you can leave with a healthy snack so you don't have to worry about cooking! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Even once you leave The Space Market & Studio, the uplifting feeling you get from the place and the staff lingers with you, encouraging you to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Amazing. Simply Amazing.. The owners, Calvin and Kathleen make up the most innovative team combining their passions and skills and bringing it to others. Calvin's culinary talent is out of this world .. I often find myself asking "Is this really good for me?" and of course it is, what a treat for a change. Kathleen is such a dynamic person, some of the best yoga I have ever experienced and now combining that with the TRX.. WOW. She just keeps going! The pair genuinely care for your overall good health and are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. You will never find better people who take the time to know you, your likes and dislikes and who will go out of their way always to be sure you are satisfied! You will LOVE The Space!!!

Just what we needed !!!!. I have been waiting for a place like this to come around! Being a working woman, I needed a small, tidy place to find delicious food that was ready to eat and healthy at the same time. I hated going to commercial grocery stores with their bright lights and long lines and generic, processed and dull food! Give me something fresh, something different...

That's exactly what The Space is. Not only is the owner, Calvin, an incredible chef, his expert knowledge and personality will have you coming back for more! His wife, Kathleen, occupies the back half of The Space with her Yoga studio. Her infectious laugh and good spirits make you want to don lycra and spandex and get in positions you've never dreamt possible! You couldn't find friendlier people with the best intentions for your well-being and state-of-mind. And every time I leave The Space, my mind states that my being is doing very, very well!

A Must Stop!. I stopped by the Space and Studio after reading a great article on the DailyCandy website. The owner/Calvin mixed up a smoothie for me and I walked out with the best meatball sub I have ever had. Which makes sense, since Calvin is a chef.

Since then, I have stopped by for gourmet coffee, pastries and a chicken salad. Everything was fantastic. I haven't tried the Studio part yet, but I figured eating healthy is a start.

If you don't at least swing by for a look, you are missing out on a great little shop/studio.
