Excellent Experience. Quincy Mosley was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, which I appreciate since I am clueless when it comes to my car. He was straight forward with me about the work that needed to be done. Car was ready when promised and I appreciated the complimentary rental car while my car was at the shop overnight. Waiting area was comfortable and had Wifi. I'll definitely go back next time my car needs work!
Professional, Informative, Personable!!!!!. Have to say that Quincy Mosley did a great job. He was extremely professional, informative and most importantly straight forward with what we did / didn't need to do on the FJ. I just moved back in town from the west coast and never got this kind of service. It's nice being back in the south and I will definitely come back to World Toyota. Thanks, Rodney
Very friendly service. Everyone was very friendly and Terry even made my elderly mother smile and was very kind to her. The waiting area was even comfortable and very accommodating. Very pleased with the service I received at this location!

Wanted to comment on not just yesterday but the past 5+ years of service that I've been receiving at World Toyota.
Mr Map Mouth has been extremely helpful keeping my car running and a major factor in my continued use of Toyota.
Also the addition of touchdown cubicles to the service department area is a welcome addition as I'm able to carry on my work day while my car is being serviced rather than shuttling back & forth. Giving the service tech the capability to check me out now makes the process even faster.
Excellent experience. This was my first time meeting Map Mouth but he did everything to make my experience absolutely wonderful. It's been a VERY long time since I've ever left a car dealership feeling like I was treated so well and that my 4Runner was serviced with great care and within my budget. Thank you very much. Every person I encountered at your dealership was very pleasant and helpful. I will most definitely return and recommend you to others as well.

Great Service. I just had to write about my service rep, Quincy Mosley. He was a delightful young man, accommodating and professional. He kept me informed about what was being done to the car, showed concern for my well-being because of the time involved in making the repairs and helped me with a rental car since I had to leave mine overnight. Great service experience. My service manager, Eliezer Marrero, was as professional as any service manager I've ever had. He was thorough during the time the car came in, he kept me informed during the service, helped me into a rental car, and stayed past 5 PM to finish up the paperwork with me when the car was ready. Excellent job!
