In Short
Taking up residence in an old house on the 800 block of Monroe Drive (across from Trader Joe’s shopping center) is Sweet Samba. This homey, super feminine spa doesn’t offer services like many others (no massage, mani/pedi etc.) however they do specialize in Brazilian waxing. Some of the services they offer would make your grandmother blush unless she is down with exotic shapes and colorings for a lady’s “hair down there.” Several stylists and waxers are on staff, including stylists for the G-rated hair up top. All the hair removal rooms include flat screen TVs protruding from the ceilings, if one needs a distraction.
