Every customer a celebrity. As usual, I always wait till the last minute with special occasions...frankly, with any occasions in my life. So to have 'go-to' folks in my life who are in the business of 'making it happen,' is the greatest support there is for guys like me.

Last year, when I first discovered Chelsea Floral Designs (ringing in the night before Mother's Day when all other companies would not take my order or calls) the owner called me right back an hour after my request, and made my mother a very happy woman the next day.

This year, I gave them more notice. Ooops, I mean LESS! This time I called Sunday morning! I even felt for them, this would simply be too little notice.

Well, guess who got right back to me in minutes, and had a beautiful arrangement to my mother by early afternoon on a SUNDAY with no notice? You guessed it...Chelsea Floral.

Even if their flowers arrived dried and dead, I would still give Chelsea Floral a 5 star rating just for impeccable service. Add the fact they are the most beautiful, fairly priced arrangements in the biz - can someone say 10-star?

Highly recommend. I've had nightmares in the past with the big online flower delivery services. As soon as there is a problem...there is NO ONE to contact directly. I had a problem once so bad with one of them it cost me 5 days of aggravation and 10 hours on the phone...for something that should have been a simple phone call to a florist.

If you want the best service, the freshest most beautiful flowers, and wonderful, creative human beings to contact...look no further than Chelsea Floral Designs.

Confidence from far away. When my Mom called to say that she had taken ill and would not be able to travel to Maryland for Easter, I needed to send flowers. After talking with Patrick, I knew that my concern and love would be captured perfectly. My Mom and Dad were very very pleased with the flowers. I think that they were overwhelmed by the follow-up call by Patrick. Why go through a 1-800-Bozoo number and take a chance? Call Chelsea Floral with confidence.

Sincerity and Integrity. Everything was beautiful and made it perfectly as planned. David spent so much time on the phone with me to get it all just right and then made sure it all went out the same day. Chelsea Floral Designs certainly provides much more than money can buy- sincerity and integrity, yes, but kindness as well. I will absolutely recommend these professionals to everyone I know.

Chelsea makes me look like a hero. Prior to finding Chelsea Floral,I was consistently disappointed with Atlanta florists.

They all had 3 things in common -

1) They were limited to cookie-cutter, traditional arrangements,

2) their flowers died in about three days,

3) service was ok, but unaccommodating for special needs or circumstances.

Chelsea has always bent over backwards to help in a pinch and their flowers stay beautiful for longer than any I've sent from other florists.

Most importantly, Chelsea can go as traditional or as contempo as I need for any occasion. I can describe what I'm looking for and rest assured the arrangement will "Wow" the recipient.

Thank you, Chelsea, for making me look like a hero on birthdays and anniversaries. It took a while to find you but now I'm a customer for life!

Wonderful Florist. I live out of State, 900 miles away, and I like to send my daughter flowers to let her know I miss her and am proud of her accomplishments. David has been great to work with! He even remembers me and my daughter when I reorder with him! I like to make the people who are important to me feel loved and David makes that just a little easier! His flowers are gorgeous and his extra effort to make sure it is exactly what I describe to him has been noticed and appreciated!

Great Florist in Buckhead!. Needing a florist to get a sympathy arrangement to dear friends of my boss; Chelsea was incredibly helpful even late in the afternoon when I needed a delivery same day.

Courteous and polite over the phone...didn't make me feel like I was calling a recorded line asking the questions. Beautiful arrangement. Thanks Chelsea!

TERRIFIC FLORIST...CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS. I am located about 300 miles from Atlanta. I wanted to send flowers to my future daughter in law's bridal shower taking place in Atlanta Buckhead area.

I didn't want to call an 800 number for her flowers - I wanted a personalized arrangement and personal service.

After researching, on the internet, the Atlanta area florists - ALL the reviews I read about Chelsea Floral Designs focused on creative outstanding personalized arrangements and service! BINGO! I called and spoke with David. Talking with David - you'd have thought I was a world leader sending flowers to another world leader ! My order was important to him!!!

He listened and assured me they would be beautiful and at the location before her bridal shower began.

True to his word (and all the people who wrote the wonderful reviews that pointed me to this shop) ...they were not only there....they were gorgeous!!! I was overwhelmed and you will be too! Customer service is alive and well at Chelsea Floral Designs!!! My loyalty to them will be as well when ordering flowers in the Atlanta area.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. Our son and fiance, living out of state, decided to marry in Atlanta and we hosted the rehearsal dinner. I asked the restaurant to arrange for the table arrangements, specifying the colors our future daughter-in-law had chosen for the wedding. Chelsea Floral Designs did the arrangements and they were perfect; even more so than the wedding arrangements the next day. My wife was so taken with the flowers that she insisted we bring them home. I definitely recommend Chelsea.
