Awful aftercare. Heaven forbid you have a reaction after leaving the office. The emergency cell phone will not get answered and you will will be ignored. When you actually get a call back from the doctor you will be rushed off the phone. Even when he is in the office you won't be able to speak with him and then they will deny your reaction was from the allergens injected into your body. Which, causes (that's right) allergic reactions. Best to not go here or if you do, Be ready to inject yourself with Epipen and be 10-15 minutes away from an ER because these people don't care.

Best allergist in atlanta. I've known Dr.Chacko for years and he's been great in helping me with any issues with allergies or asthma. I've called him once when i was in my honeymoon in puerto rico to help call in antibiotics and he helped me right away. Would definitely trust him as your doc. I find him to be highly professional, knowleadgable, and fantastic.

Dr. Chacko's the best!!. I've known Dr. Chacko for sometime now and he's always helped me with my allergies. He always attentive and gets back to me right away (even give his email address and responds quickly). Also, he tries his best to be concerned with my finances (few doctors do) and gives me free samples if i need them. Quality doc

Fantastic Allergist. I have been an allergy sufferer all of my life and have attempted immunotherapy twice, for a few years each time, with no real benefit. When a friend recommended Dr. Chacko, and raved about his approach, I was extremely skeptical. I suffer from year-round allergies, and was using Nasacort AQ prescription nose spray, Opcon-A eyedrops and Claritin daily. After several months with Dr. Chacko’s immunotherapy regiment I was able to stop using all allergy related medication. I highly recommend his approach and am thrilled that I no longer have to take medication to control my allergies. Along with being a stand-out in his field, Dr. Chacko is personable and compassionate, and his staff is wonderful.

Changed my life!. Allergy shots have truly changed my life! I used to get a sinus infection every month and lived on antibiotics. My ENT referred me to Dr. Chacko and my life has changed. I started getting allergy shots in November and am allergic to most everything. I have only had 1 sinus infection since last November - that's 1 infection in 10 months!! Dr. Chacko and allergy shots have truly given me back my quality of life! He is very professional with a great bedside manner. His staff, especially Kathy who administers the shots are terrific! I highly recommend Dr. Chacko and Northside ENT to anyone with allergies and sinus issues! It will take a lot of time commitment and the shots aren't the most fun, but it is well worth the results!

Dr. Thomas Chacko - Northside ENT. Dr. Chacko was referred by my PCP and I could not be happier with the results! I have been seeing him and his staff now for over two years and my whole life has changed by the way I am feeling compared to before. I never knew my allergies could be affecting me so dramatically. I have endorsed him to my friends and am pleased to recommend him to anyone struggling with allergies. Nurse Cathy is a blessing as well!

DR. Chacko is the best Allergist I have found in Atlanta.. DR. Chacko has done a excellent job identifying my allergy problems and treatments to help me with them. He and his staff are friendly, courtesy, and from top to bottom excellent at their jobs. Dr. Chacko is the only Allergist, I have known even when you are just getting allergy shots to pop in and see how you are doing. He does the small things that shows you he has genuine concern for his patience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a first rate allergist and person to be their doctor.

Great Allergists. Dr. Chacko is a great doctor. I was referred to Dr. Chacko by a friend and I was very skeptical about taking my son to another doctor to get another opinion. My son had a deep year round cough and he had the cough for so long I just didn't know where else to go. We found out that my son had allergies to different things and began the allergy shots along with a combination of asthma medication. I have seen such a change in my son that it is unbelievable. We are still doing allergy shots, but everything is getting better. My daughter had eczema and she also saw Dr. Chacko. We found out the allergies that she had that triggered the allergies and are able to avoid things now to keep her from having outbreaks. Dr. Chacko is the most pleasant doctor I have every seen. He is always smiling and knows each my son by name. Cathy and Cynthia are great as well. Everyone does everything to ensure that you are happy and comfortable on every single visit. I would refer him to anyone that has severe or even slight allergies.

Excellent Physician & Staff. I was referred to Dr Chacko after a BAD experience with my prior ENT/Allergist. I have found Dr Chacko and his entire office staff to be professional & compassionate. I had already been taking allergy shots so the Rush Therapy allowed me to step in and enhance my treatment. I would Highly recommend Dr Chacko to anyone seeking Allergy treatment.
