Jim Ellis Collision Center has been providing repairs and service in Atlanta since 1973. Our goal is to produce superior quality auto repair work at a fair price and restore your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition. Our Atlanta collision center specializes in the Jim Ellis brands (Porsche, Audi, Mazda, Saab, VW, Chevy and Hyundai) and also repairs all other makes and models.

Tips for Jim Ellis Collision Center

Expect Long Delay for repair. On 1/3/2012 I took my Audi Q5 to Jim Ellis Collision Center to replace a window pane and set cover because my car was broken into. Since they are the Audi authorized dealer and repair center, I expect this would be a quick and simple procedure. However, after 40 days my car is still not ready. Jason, the customer rep keep giving excuse after excuse why the car is not ready and I think all those excuse are nothing but HOT AIR. I would not recommend this center to repair your car because they are not even competent enough to even replacing a window pane and set cover.

Great service, communication and repair!. The day I brought my car in to be repaired, Cody and I believe Josh (detailing guy) were great to work with. Cody was informative and communicated well with me throughout the repair process. I received transportation to/from work with Josh who was very courteous and worked well with my schedule.

Great service!. Since the last time I used the collision center new features have been added that make the "pain" of having a collision much easier to stomach. When I came in, I thought I was going to have to return to drop my car off after making arrangements with the insurance company for a rental. I was thrilled with the fact that I could bring my car in and the employees could do all that for me. This is one customer who appreciates this consideration. -- Nancy Theiling

Don't Use them. This is the worest service center i have ever used I had my car fixed by them and parts have been falling off of my car since. And they will not fix it, they glued the parts back on my car. So never use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great friendly people. While my clasic 1988 10th Aniversary Mazda RX7 that I bought from Jim Ellis in Marietta brand new in 1988 had only 72,000 miles on the odo meter it was unfortunately declared a total loss by the insurance company. Your employees were very helpful in explaining the damage and their own take on the estimate and allowed me to move the car inside the closed fence even after the office was closed. All in all a very positive experience from your staff and I would surely recommend them for repairs in the future.

Exceptional Service and Experience!. I had a great experience and great service. No complaints and got my car back very quickly (they were in contact all day letting me know when it may be ready!!). I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I would recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for car repair.
