We love the food, but let's face it. In Atlanta, you can find lots of great restaurants with great food. It's service. service. service, and this restaurant may have 25 waitrons with bad service with only one who is not good, and that is the one we got tonight. The one bad one. Why is she bad? let me tell you. We were on the patio along with a family (man and wife) with four boys - two of which that were very sick. And then somebody comes running through the parking lot screaming cuss words at another driver, and I yelled "Hey my friend, we have children on the pation, hold it down!" That is when the man started screaming cuss words at me, and then I said, "We are out of here!" I asked the waitress to call the police (Leah, 6:40PM, Table 401/1, 6/25/2012), and she said, "Hey I didn't see anything." Are you kidding me? NO TIP FOR YOU YOU LITTLE GIRL. You didn't see it is your repsonse? Okay Taco Mac, will you treat your waitrons to remember this... "they need to know the RIGHT answer, and "I didn't see anything" is not the right answer.

I was with our family nanny and two children, and we have been visiting Taco Mac literally every single night for dinner for two weeks. Streak has ended. i do not appeciate the sly of service and zero accountability! Are you kiddding me! Tell me that you will bring us in the restuarant and that we get a free pepsi. Don't tell me a cop out answer and think you will get a tip.

Taco Mac overall has lost my business for a while. I don't appreciate this sly of ansnwer, and Leah, you sort of sucked from the time we entered the restaurant and lost ground every second we were in the store.

Sorry Taco Mac but Leah is not your "Sweet Spot" Servier. Matter off fact, you shoudl send her to a fast food chain. More her speed.

Too long to wait:(. I have been here a few times over the past few months and the service seems to get worse each time I go. I think there are just not enough servers. It seems like every sports team in Alpharetta comes to hang out here and grab a bite to eat after their game. So there are very large groups that "one" server has to handle..and the food ends up coming out cold or never at all.

Since the opening of its Virginia Highlands flagship store, Taco Mac has grown to 19 Atlanta locations. The casual meeting spot keeps its customers coming back with its huge beer selection (from 25 to 108 draught beers depeding on location), unpretentious food and no dress code. The laidback attitude attracts young families with children and after-work minglers. Simply decorated with neon beer signs, beer coolers and TVs showing sports, the Mac caters to those who don't want to grow up.

The Draw
The huge beer selection and non-stop wings make new customers regulars. The Buffalo wings are customized, available in four different spice levels: mild to Three Mile Island. An updated menu offers a fresh change with grilled salmon salad and shrimp fajitas, but keeps the popular Tex-Mex favorites and huge sandwiches. Taco Mac's outdoor deck gets the crowds from early spring to late fall.
