Horrible service... RUDE AND SLOW!!!. Today we went to Dave and Busters to celebrate my best friend's birthday and expected nothing short of a good time. To our dismay the evening was somewhat "spoiled". The waitress, Samantha, made us feel very unwelcome and she seemed very annoyed that she had to work that day. We asked her a question that she had to repeat and replied to us in a condescending manor. We brushed it off and just hoped it would get better. But to say least, it got progressivly worse. Everything from rude behavior, SLOW service, no apologies etc... We even brought our concerns to the manger who seemed to not even care or acknowledge the fact of how dissapointed we were. Our celebration of my friends' birthday and Super Bowl quickly turned into a less than memoriable evening. There wasnt even a Happy Birthday said from our server or an apology from a manager. We even had to get up numerous times to ask for our beverages. Aren't we supposed to be getting served not having to serve ourselves? I feel very strongly about this and customer service, since ive worked in the field myself. A smile and a good disposition go a very long way and we received neither. Please heed this warning and dont waste your time or money on this place.

Whole Lotta Fun. Really big place. Bar, restaurant, bowling alley, video arcade - you name it, they got it. I have always had a kick-arse time here...

But...

It wouldn't hurt if more single gals were in attendance here :P

D & B SUCKS!!!!. My experience with D & B is one I will not forget. Management is LAZY and RUDE especially Donna. Hopefully corporate will see what a douce bag she is and FIRE her for her incompentence and lack of managerical skills. She has no customer service skills AT ALL and needs to work off the freeway selling oranges. The food was average even though the server tried to overcharge me. That's where Donna, the incompetent manager comes in. Worthless and a vampire on D & B payroll. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN (Maybe when Donna the lazy, worthless, incompetent manager is gone). SHAME ON D & B for not regulating your staff better. DONNA YUCK!

Super-sized party multiplex for casual diners and serious drinkers who like a joystick with their drumsticks and swizzle sticks.. In Short
This massive entertainment complex lures customers in with its arcade, then keeps them there by way of a spacious eatery serving pizza, pasta, burgers and finger food. Classic games like billiards, skeeball and shuffleboard are balanced by electronic counterpoints such as Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede and virtual-reality simulators that re-create an 18-wheeler ride or a Star Trek voyage. Of the two full bars, one comes with a 20-screen videodome designed for armchair quarterbacks.

So much fun. This place is like Chuck E. Cheese's for grown ups. I went with my extremely competitive Morehouse brother. Unfortunately, I'm just as competitive...so when I beat him at HORSE, we went to the prize store and got ME something with the tickets we won. HAHAHAHAHA. Drinks here are great and there's rooms with pool tables in them...apparently for more competition and betting on my end.

Where grown adults can be like kids.. On Friday and Saturday nights, they have a cover charge of $5 per person, it's not always free. Many people feel that this is a place for kids, but in fact it's a great place for adults, play video games while drinking your beer or mixed drinks. Surprisingly the food here is great, large portions, and presentation is good. on weekends it's hard to get a place to sit down for food... it's jam packed, I wish they have specific time everyday when children's and teens are not allowed to come.

Free To Get In. NICE!. Great place to go. Relaxed fun environment for all ages. Kids can play video games. Adults can kick it at the bar and pool tables. Everything is good. Free to get in. Nice Place.

Great time!. I threw a party at D&B for my husband's 30th birthday. We had about 25 people, but did not reserve a room (there is a charge for room rental). We were able to do call ahead seating...wonderful. We were seated promptly, which was surprising because the place was packed. The food was sooo yummy and the service was spectacular. I was very impressed by the staff...both the hostesses and the servers. They really took great care of us and everyone had an amazing time, especially my husband. It can get a little pricey with food, drinks, and games, but it was well worth it!
