Roto Rooter. I called Roto-Rooter on Monday about 11:30 a.m. that morning and their customer service was outstanding. She told me that they could be at my house within two hours to check out my hot water heater. When Steven the tech got here he explain what he needed to do and what he was going to try in order to get my water heater work. Unfortunately, I had to replace my water heater due to some part that had burned out and it was not worthy replacing the parts on the old one. I would recommend their services and trust these people to do my future plumbing if I need it. Thanks Steve for a Job well done and for all your help.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. My initial review would have been negative, but in the end I couldn’t have asked for better service. I was scheduled to have a plumber come out on Wednesday between 3 pm – 5 pm. Instead, I received several update calls from Roto-Rooter saying the plumber was working on a difficult call and would be out as soon as possible. At 8:00 pm, I received a call saying the plumber was on his way to my home. Due to the late time, I rescheduled for the next day. Once again, I was scheduled for service between 3 pm – 5 pm. At 3:35pm I received a call from Roto-Rooter saying the plumber was on the way. He and a trainee arrived at my home in less than 20 minutes with their shoe mitts in hand. They listened to my problem intently and excused themselves to investigate. In less than 3 minutes, they were back at my door with the cause of the problem and a notebook to explain the prices. The service was complete in less than 15 minutes. They also explained in detail how to prevent the problem from occurring again. I will definitely use and refer Roto-Rooter in the future. Great job and keep up the outstanding work!!!
