Great Family Meal.
I've been to a few of the Figo locations and am thrilled to finally have one that's not only close to home, but very family-friendly! Unlike the previous reviewers, our experiences have been very positive, the food has been great and the management and staff have been very welcoming and interactive with our whole family.
The only drawback is that it can get loud in there when it's full. It's a great meet-me-there-any-time-of-day establishment - plus it has a great patio for those cool summer/fall days!

Horrible management.
I have been to this location twice and have encountered the same manager who I believe is referred to as Don. At both times he has made me and my guest/family feel unimportant and like we were a problem. Our waitstaff was courteous and on my second visit I had to tell them that I was sorry and embarrassed for them having to deal with a person of such poor caliber. Our food has been both mediocre to great. I will honestly think twice about eating here due to the poor management.

Very disappointing.
I've been to Figo on Howell Mill, the Osteria location, and Decatur and was ecstatic when this closer location opened. I'm not sure if the other reviewer and I went on the same day but our experience was very similar. We were asked to wait because the kitchen was slammed... with a half empty restaurant. We were given a buy 1 get 1 flyer while waiting, though. When ordering, I told the young lady at the register I had a buy 1 get 1 50% off offer (not the one they had just given) and she proceeded to apply the discount to my 2 year old's side of pasta with butter... I just thought that was a little ridiculous. I will say that the wait staff we encountered were courteous, but the food left much to be desired. From the cold bread that tasted like it came from Publix to my Mom's ok spinach ricotta ravioli. The fried seabass was decent, but overall I could cooked a tastier meal at home. Very disappointing. Doubt I will be using that flyer.

Worst dining experience in years!.
I love to eat at Figo's on Howell Mill and was excited to take some out of town guests to the new Figo's location. They have been open a month so I didn't expect the problems we encountered. First, we had to stand at the counter and wait to order for approximately 25 minutes. The manager said the kitchen was slammed (over half the tables were empty) and he had to let them catch up before putting in any new orders. What?!?!? Several parties behind us left. No offer was made to give us a free iced tea, coke, appetizer or anything while we waited. Then, when we finally placed our order we discovered they didn't have their liquor license so we couldn't get beer or wine. No notice about this anywhere to be found. When our food finally did arrive my husband's pasta was clumped together, my dish was lukewarm and everyone at the table said their food was mediocre, at best. The dishes did not taste as if they were following the same recipes as they use at Howell Mill. I think management should close this restaurant down until they can get trained cooks and solicitous, caring wait staff.
