Great Hotel BUT...... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Aweful Customer Service. My newly financee and I stayed here for a weekend and it is a very beautiful hotel. But the customer service was horrible. Valet took at least 20 minutes everytime to bring the car around. The room service took even longer to bring towels to the room. And at breakfast there was not much variety at theif buffet style breakfast. If good customer service is important to you....do not stay here.

Terrible Choice. My experiance at the Granada Suite Hotel was horrible. The jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting. The customer service was intolerable.

Hey now you're an all star. I stayed there All-Star weekend & it was great. The room was nice, although I was a bit shocked I had a dial microwave (no points docked). There are doorbells on the rooms. The only complaint I had was the parking. Unless you go VALET, you've got to know your car. It's very tight & there weren't that many spots. It is an underground controlled access garage. Fortunately once you park you can easily walk to the clubs (if that's where yr headed).

A bit better than average. Access to Turner Field on WEST Peachtree. EZ access to MARTA, save on parking. A 'penthouse suite' is a King up 15 steps , one bathroom up. Queen sleeper down, TV w/Cable. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. Called service to come and mop the floor. habla espanol? Parking under the hotel is small & tight. SUV & full-size owners will be challenged, they charge $10 a day. They tout a 'full hot buffet breakfast' this is misleading because on the weekends they only thing that is hot is the grits and make them yourself waffels. They had boiled eggs only. They did have 3 types of grits if your into that. I never got a paper as they touted, the desk made an excuse about the delivery...two days in a row. This is a 4 floor hotel and they have only one very slow elevator. Ok for $89 a nite
