Worst hotel experience ever. I was very dissatsified, uncomfortable & disgusted with this hotel. The hotel itself smelled of mildew as it was hot in the lobby when I checked in, walked down the hallway to the very inconvenient location of an elevator to my suffocated room. The bed was not presentably made, the air conditioning unit had mold on it & so did the base of the tub. After letting the front desk know about my discomfort & dissatisfaction of the room, they offered to upgrade the room (at no charge). The second room was a little better, but not what I would consider an upgrade nor a suite. Considering the time (as it was getting late), I opted to continue my stay, but no good night's sleep was had as the air conditioning made a very loud noise. The television selection was nothing to get excited about with the remote control being taped because it was missing the back to it. The room was not well lighted & was just all the way around not a place I wanted to lay my head down, comfortably, for the night. The only good thing I can say about my experience was that I was not alone in a place that obviously needs some serious remodeling, better quality furniture & a housekeeping staff that takes pride in their work. Finally, I left three items behind (in a rush to leave) & when I informed the hotel what was left, only one of the three items were returned to the front desk for pick up. I can't stress this enough, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if they are penny pinching.

Great Hotel BUT...... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
