Worst restaurant experience EVER, would give it a negative if possible. Called to make reservations, was told they do not take reservations on the weekend, but "we are not that busy", drove 45 minutes from N. GA and was told wait time was 30-45... Called to make reservations, was told they do not take reservations on the weekend, but "we are not that busy", drove 45 minutes from N. GA and was told wait time was 30-45 minutes, a little long for kids but we decided to wait b/c we were celebrating a birthday, ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours for table, husband ordered lasagna, was told after orders were placed they were out of lasagna, so everyone was done eating their entree when he finally received his plate, credit card was initially ran for the wrong amount, approximately $10 over the bill amount, management and host team was RUDE, our waitress was great, the rest of the wait staff was not, when we were speaking to management they just stood around and listened with goofy little smiles on their face, when told to get back to work they continued to stand there, need new management staff...in future will stick to Buford location

Great Service!. This restaurant is new and very beautifully built. Of course, the food was great as I've come to expect from Olive Garden, but also the service was absolutely amazing. Our server, Patrick, was kind, fast, and extremely friendly. Keep up the good work. Ignore the other review. This person clearly does not understand that restaurants have certain rules set by their corporate office that they are not allowed to break. I'm sure that person would have left a horrendous tip anyways, judging solely on the fact that she's never worked in a restaurant... ignorant people...

FORGET OLIVE GARDEN IN CANTON. As hostess for one of my monthly ladies luncheon groups, I tried to make reservations for 12-15 ladies. They would not accept reservations. I even spoke, also, to the manager and she refused to make reservations. I thought this would be good exposure for them as a new restaurant and would give us an opportunity to try out a new restaurant.....well, they would NOT bend at all. So, they not only lost the revenue from this sizable group, they lost a lot of good will from us!! We will not be visiting this new establishment, even as onsie-twosies!!!
