yellowtail sushi is damn good!. their sushi & sashimi it's to die for! the fish is so fresh and during the weekends they have exotic fishes that you normally can not find unless you go to atlanta! not only are their sushi & sashimi wonderful but they have a huge entree list that you would have a problem deciding what you want because they are all delicious! Presentatiion I will definitely have to give A+++++! Best in town! Jay is the best sushi chef ever!!!!

very good fish. I am a sushi nut, while my favorite around Atlanta is Nakato in mid town, this place is much closer and is open for lunch. I've been 3 times since it opened, unlike many small suburban sushi joints the fish is very fresh and tasty, the rice is well seasoned, they get sushi geek fare such as aji and toro, try it!

PS - Yellow Tail people, get some kohada in there!

Charming Japanese Restaurant. Yellowtail's bright yellow sign happened to catch my eye as I went on my way to Kennesaw State University to visit my daughter. I took her there for lunch to catch up and was quite impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere! It's a small restaurant, yet a laid-back, refined environment. The lunch specials were a great deal! I highly recommend the Dragon Roll, if you enjoy eel.

Don't know when I'll in be town again but they can definitely count on me to return!

Tasty Japanese for close to Kennesaw State University. In Korea we have very good sushi and since I have moved to Kennesaw, Ga. it has been hard to find. I just recently moved into the dorms at Kennesaw State University and was really bummed out when I tried the places my friends recommended for Japanese food. A friend of mine at KSU told me about Yellow Tail and though at first I was skeptical, she swore I would love it. Everything there was really tasty. I was surprised since other restaurants had let me down with the poor quality of ingredients they used. Yellow Tail has GREAT Japanese food!!! My friends and I go there all the time and we cannot wait for their open bar to open!

Best Sushi in Kennesaw, Georgia. Yellow Tail Sushi & Bar was such an amazing experience. I love any and all Japanese food. They have a wide range of delicacies to choose from. I have been there a few times so far and each experience has been great. I especially love their salmon nigiri. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family. I have been to quite a few Japanese / Sushi restaurants in Marietta, Kennesaw, and Atlanta. This place is definitely one of my favorites. I am happy to know that I do not have to travel far for great Japanese cuisine.

I love them japanese noodles. I reckoned this place would be mighty expensive, but boy was I wrong! It looks all cozy and nice inside, but when you take a peek at their menu, you realize that most folk can afford it. I ain't got lots of money so I know spending can be a hassle when you want to chow down somewhere nice. Their lunch is my favorite time to go. You can get 2 dishes for bout $10 and on top of that it also includes soup or salad. I ain't no huge sushi fan, but I love noodles! Their udon was to die for.

Great Sushi in Kennesaw, Ga. I had heard there was a new Sushi restaurant in Kennesaw, Ga and thought I would give it a try. I definitely give it a 5 star rating. All the food was cooked to order and the fresh fish was great. It is not too far from my work so I definitely plan on frequenting it. The staff was well mannered and they kept up on our table at the right pace. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a new change from other local sushi restaurants.

Yellow Tail - A Place to be Seen. The food and service was excellent. So much thought goes into each piece of sushi. They have a great location in Kennesaw and offer a real affordable menu. Perfect for KSU students, those in search of a ROMANTIC place at night or to just hang out at the bar. Yellow Tail feels like a place to be seen. Be sure to order the brown rice!
