Disappointed to say the least after dining at Goin Coastal in Canton. My wife had the Monday night lobster special with collard greens and I had the chicken with corn on the cob and twice baked potato. Started off very well with the corn bread then it went down hill. The salad was not fresh and my wife’s lobster was cold and cut up. We mentioned this to the waitress and she responded that is the way they always come. I responded that last Monday it was not cut in small pieces like this. When she returned later she said she thought that my wife wanted it cut up. I told her my wife had not ordered it cut up. My chicken, corn and potato was good. The only other response from the manager and waitress was we would not have to pay for cutting the lobster up. We should have sent it back when it was served but instead we won’t eat here again for a while.

Who ever heard?. Of having a lobster special on Monday evening and running out of lobster before the night is even over? This wouldn't happen in Buckhead. Come on, there are informed consumers out here and if you advertise something, you should be able to back it up. Goin Coastal has a small dining area so to project the amount of lobster needed for the Monday special cannot be difficult! Besides, the restaurant advertises that the seafood is no more than two days old so any left over lobster could be used in a special the next evening. Come on proprietor, good food needs to be backed up by good business practices.

Buckhead Restaurant in Canton!. This is an amazing restaurant. It is quaint, romantic

and the food is awesome! We have been back

twice and the food is consistent, the service is

great. I never dreamed that a great seafood restaurant

would pop up this far out of the city.

Fresh Seafood. We have eaten here several times and always been pleased. Today my sis-in-law and I went for our first lunch. We both had different types of po-boys. They were good, needed more sauce and maybe a few more shrimp. I thought I had enough gator tails. She had creme brulee and I had key lime pie. They were fantastic. Coffee was fresh and delicious. They are having a $20 lobster special October only, so we are "Goin Coastal" tomorrow night (Friday) for dinner. The resturant is small so we are going early.

Finally some Great seafood!. Zack Kell's hands on approach to the details on every plate make this a special place in Canton, GA. Bravo Zack.
