More Trouble Than Its Worth

We purchased two tires last year and picked up the road hazard warranty to go along with them. When my tire blew out a year later they tried to say that it since the tire had been manufactured in 2003 they were not liable. I told them that when the tire was made was not my responsibility; it was theirs, and why did they endanger me by putting an old tire on my car? They then asked how thye were supposed to know it was their tire!! I had the warranty in hand! DO NOT use these people. The cheaper prices are not worth working with a bunch of 18 year old kids who do not know what they are doing and do not have any authority to make customer service decisions.
