Not Very Good.
We have had Cool Ray for about seven years and have had a very mixed experience with them. After they had installed a new unit about seven years ago, everything was going fine until about two years ago. At that time we learned that the maintenance was done improperly and the unit became very dirty, they had to replace the compressor. Although this was done at their expense, it created a great inconvenience for my family. Today we had to call out a technician for what turned out to be the need for additional freon for our unit. The serviceman was so cold and rude, we have now decided we will no longer use Cool Ray for our next maintenance contract when it comes time for renewal in about three or four months. There must be companies with better service than this. I originally wrote this in June. Since that time we had the same exact incident with freon occur again. This is something which should not be happening twice in three months- and they charged us extra each time.
