Couldn't Agree More. Crummy hallways, peeling painted floors with no carpeting and the noise from people tromping down the halls at all hours, and I mean all hours will wake you up in the middle of the night. Seedy people kind of freak me out. Don't think they do any kind of checks here - take the money and try to look good to corporate I guess. I'm surprised there is no security on duty at any time. And this place needs it. Someone should be walking the halls. Too many kids lately. Like a tenement not an apartment complex. Can't wait to get out of here. HELP!!!!

Not Safe At All. As a single girl I can tell you this place is definitely not the place to be. I am scared to death by some of the guys here. There are a lot of relocated gangbangers and I don't know how they get in here or past management. I think all they want is your money here. Also watch out for hidden charges!!! And take what they tell you with a grain of salt. There is very, very little security here. Recently all the gates were wide open and anyone could and did get in! There are many cars broken into so don't ever leave anything, and I mean anything in your car and get an alarm. Although no one will notice it if it goes off. There is no security guard on duty and this place definitely needs one. I am single and this place scares the hell out of me and I can't wait to get out of here. Hopefully I'll live out the term of the lease!!!!

Atlanta Living at its Worst. Scary, scary, scary. They'll rent to anybody. If you like ghetto life in Buckhead this is your place. Security is nonexistant. Frequent breakins of cars so don't leave anything - anything - in your car. And chances are it'll be one of your neighbors that will be stealing it. Very, very noisy hallways at all hours, especially when you're trying to sleep and now they're renting to families with small children who add to the noise level. Horrible, horrible place. Worst apartment I've ever had and can't wait to get out!!!
