Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff!! Our kitty had been struggling with chronic GI issues. After learning about a raw cat food which only CityDog Market carried, we visited their store to stock up. The staff was extremely knowledgeable making recommendations for probiotics, enzymes and special kibble as well. Now our little girl is feeling better and back on the road to health! The store is adorable and has a great atmosphere. We would highly recommend a visit to anyone. Thanks so much!

Great Spot!. This a great place for anything pet related. The prices are a little high but it is like a boutique style dog store. We went today and gave our two dogs a bath after we were at the park and they were all dirty. It's great how they supply everything (shampoo,Conditioner, Leave in conditioner, ear cleaner, brushes and towels. They even have a dog vacuum style blow dryer that works wonders on long haired dogs. It is also not very expensive; $18 per dog. Will definitely be visiting CityDog Market again!

Best doggie market in Atlanta!!!!!!!!!!!!!. From the second you walk in the door, you're greeted by a friendly group who want nothing more than to help you find the best possible items for your individual dog. Personal, friendly, caring, knowledgeable. And pets are welcome....I sometimes just bring in my dog to socialize with the other pups in town. You can always be sure to be greeted by Big Daddy, too, the sweetest rescue dog who belongs to the owners! A perfect place to shop!!! These people really do care!! And they have the best selection of items from food to accessories!!!!!!!!!!!! A must go to store!!

City Dog Market is the best in show. City Dog Market is the place to go for any pet need. Whether it's meeting the needs of a special diet or outfitting a stray, they are helpful, kind and take the time to care. Your dog can enjoy the shopping experience as well. I congratulate Renee and team for doing something no one else in Atlanta was able to -- creating a friendly food market, dog wash and animal depot worthy of my pets. I made the change from Red Bandanna to City Dog Market without a qualm. Enjoy the Market yourself!

Sadly Disappointed. Having lived in Brookhaven for 5 years, I had high hopes for this new store. I have three dogs including a 14 year old lab who I have had since he was born. Needless to say, he's a bit old and his back legs aren't what he/we would like them to be anymore. He had the stomach flu this weekend and DESPERATELY needed a bath. I thought, Fantastic! City Dog Market has dog baths! I arrived 25 minutes before they closed (I know I should have been there sooner but we had house guests and couldn't leave). I brought the big old man in and apologized that it was near closing and told them I would even help them clean the tub after if I could just please bathe him for 5 minutes. The girl I spoke with was nice but said she would have to ask the owner. I begged, very nicely! They are closed on Monday, so today was the day. She came back and said that they would not do it. The store was packed, so no one was leaving anytime soon and I wasn't asking them to wash him, just let me QUICKLY wash him! Unfortunately, as this did not happen, I loaded him back up and drove him home. My feeling is, is that if you can look at an old sweet dog who has been sick and needs a bath (and you offer this service), and you are able to turn him away, you lack the compassion/love for animals that should be required to own a store such as this one. I'm sure organic dog food is a booming business, but you should really love and care about animals to do what you do. I definitely did not see that today. Sadly, sadly disappointed.

My Favorite Place To Shop!!. As a pet owner with several dogs, I cannot think of a more perfect place to shop! My dogs and family always feel welcome at City Dog Market.

The owners, Patsy and Renee, are committed to providing a Clean, Safe, Quality pet shopping experience. I have learned so much about pet care, pet nutrition and pet ownership for Patsy and Renee AND their well-trained staff. I feel confident I will be able to find food, treats, toys, etc. for my dogs every time I enter the store.

I personally prefer a store where I can go on a regular basis and they know me and my dogs by name. My dogs and I are treated with a warm welcome, professional assistance and excellent customer service.

I cannot speak more highly about City Dog Market. The owners are awesome, the staff very helpful, the store layout is fun and functional AND the dog wash area is always busy and ALWAYS clean!

Shop at City Dog Market - it is truly a special place!!

Don't know what all the hub bub is about. I created a profile just to comment about this place. I shopped there when it opened. The owners were nice and helpful. Something happened late last year, maybe they are getting too popular. An attitude change occurred there....maybe business was to good. But the last 2 times I was there, I felt like I was bothering them asking questions. I asked about a product I saw at another store and there quick response was "we don't carry that garbage". Yet every review online of this product was positive.

There are to many stores that carry the same products at better prices to take that kind of nonsense.

Also, do you notice how many reviews were written between August and September of last year? Looks like the owners are padding there reviews.

Stay away from this place.

Rude staff, over priced, bitchy people. This place is over priced and the staff is rude. I made the mistake of going there looking for a food that I thought they carried. All they could tell me is that it was not available anymore and it was not the quality they would carry in there store. Well duh, it was rated #3 on Whole Dog Journal list of dogs foods.

I tried something else that they recommended and it gave my dog terible gas. When I went back, all I would get from them is "we don't take back open bags of food". They told me to call the manufacturer.

I will not go back to this place. Also, please stop writing your own reviews. The public is not stupid!

Five Star Customer Service. I manage a small business and work directly with dogs. It is very important to me that my customers always have a great experience at my store, and when I refer them to other businesses, it is only the best. City Dog Market is at the top of my list. They are completely commited to their customers and geniunely care about dogs. It would be impossible for a dog owner to walk in this store, and not feel like this is a special place. If you love your dog, please visit City Dog Market. Meet the owners and their staff, and you will become a regular!
