TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE. RUDE RUDE RUDE service today for lunch! After rave reviews about the food, a group of us decided to try Dua for lunch. The service we received was unacceptable by every possible stretch of the imagination. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for my to-go order and watching at least 6 people that ordered after me get their food and leave, I asked the woman at the register when my meal would be ready. She rudely informed me that because I ordered beef, it would take longer to cook. In fact, when i looked at the very overwhelmed cook pulling down my ticket, i realized they never started my meal. Then decided to blame me for how i ordered. After I explained that I was late getting back from lunch and still had no food, she barked at me "you want your money back"? All I wanted was to try this place that I'd heard was delicious. Instead I got cold food delivered by a co-worker to me after my meeting. When my co-worker suggested they give me a free beverage for the wait, the woman at the register started yelling about how everything was fine, and i ordered wrong and the food is cooking! i've never had such horrible service on the broad street corridor and will never return.
