Professional, Quality Work and Fair Pricing. For almost a year my husband and I were interviewing excavation companies to grade our lawn. The original bids that we received we WAY to high for our budget and when we declined their bid some came back at a lower (but still high rate). That was just a sign to me that they were willing to take me to the cleaners if I had not been a discerning customer. I don't like that at all!!! As a small business owner I respect making a living, but inflating prices just because you can is simply wrong. Goes back to the Golden Rule: "Do unto others....".

Anyway I passed by Roye's business sign and immediately called from my car. He picked up the phone (WOW! Someone actually stills answers phone instead of going into VM option hades--anyway) Mr. Roye was happy to speak with me and come out for a free estimate. We agreed on a date and time and he was right on time! I showed him all I wanted to do. Did not even share a budget--just wanted to see what he would say. He not only gave us a super fair price. he made some great suggestions for a possible Phase 2 of grading if we decide to do more. With his great rates this is going to be a possibility.

In short-he came the day we agreed to. Did the job--and dare I say a little more just to make it right. Again you don't see that kind of customer service these days!

My neighbors were in awe of all he did and hauling it away too.

Needless to say I would tell my Mom, Minister, or Best Friend to go to Mr. Roye for all of your excavation-grading type needs!

Oh yeah- and my 5 year old son was in awe of the whole process of watching the digger do its work! Now he wants a Bobcat! Go figure!
