Cycle Works is a great company!! The customer service is excellent and the guys on the trucks are wonderful also. Anytime I need something all I have to do is call, not to mention I NEVER have trouble getting through on the phones. If my pickup gets missed they send someone out right away. They are prompt and I am glad I made the switch. They have a great recycling program, and they actually take it to a place to recycle it. And its free too. They are affordable and local and thats a company we should ALL support. So think about that when you are giving your money away to a corporate top dog or a company thats not even located in this state(ahem.american) The customers are the ones who really make a company shine. As long as I pay my bill and put my trash out on time. I never have a problem. Friendly faces and top of the line customer servicewho could complain about that?

WORST service/ company EVER and plenty of broken promises!!! I have to call almost every week to let this company know that they have forgotten to pick up our trash. The funny thing is... the truck comes down the main drag in our n.hood, but doesn't bother to turn down any off the side streets....SO LAZY!!! Every time I call I get the whole, "we are so sorry, we have a new crew or route changes". Really?? Every week? Today I was told the same sob story and that she would send someone out, guess what NO one came. SHOCKER!!! This has been going on since December and we have tried to give them 2nd chance after chance after chance. With the economy the way it is... this company doesn't deserve to be in business due to the type of service they give. We are done!!!

Bad...just bad. I have called this
company just about every week due to them throwing garbage on the ground and the man just looks at it and leaves. Not only that but they also throw the recycle bins down in the street for me to come home to find them three yards down where cars have hit them. The complaint department is very nice and concerned with what happens but she always says, "I'll call you back next week to make sure everything went okay". Guess what? She never calls back and I am sick to death of garbage being thrown up and down my street.
I honestly believe that the reviews below are from their company employees because they have the worst service ever. I can not even give them a "One"! Of course I had to check a star to post this but believe me they are not even worth that.
We take pride in our neighborhood and it is a shame that this company has no regard for the peopele who pay them.
