Very very bad customer Service They had a add on craigslist for a car that was for part 2003 mercury Marquis

I called them so they can check if they Have the front bumper

The owner said yes

he has it

He give me the address When I arrived to pick up the bumper

He treated me really bad

I got a custom 350 conversion and a fresh paint job on my Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme. The owner knows a lot about conversions and the paint never looked so good. I am very happy with the work and they saved me a lot of money. I am going to use this shop from now on.

My transmission went out and after calling around for a few days I found North Georgia Automotive. They had my car towed in and three days later I was picking it up because it was ready. They didn't change the price on me or try and make me pay for extra stuff and I got a good warranty. It was a simple process of getting what I needed and them keeping their word. I am a big fan of this repair shop.

PAID FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER ACTUALLY DONE! DECEIVED!

I brought my vehicle here after a car accident. The insurance company paid for multiple things to be done. NG Auto received payment from them for the repairs and I have discovered that many of the repairs they were paid to do were never done. The repairs they did do were poor quality. My bumper has a gap under the front head light and the fender is now cracking again. I attempted to resolve this issue with NG Auto by having them issue a refund so I could have this done properly. They claimed no responsibility. I'm a young female and was clear deceived by a sleazy mechanic. DO NOT USE NG AUTO. Plenty of other mechanics in Acworth area.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED EVER!. I brought my car to North Georgia Automotive and it took weeks to get it back when I was promised three days. As Soon as I got the car back I had major issues. Instead of Sean taking the time to understand what my problem was he just said leave the car and that it was not the work that they did. The next time I came to pick of my car I took the car and had it for 3 days before I had more major issues. Sean was very vulgar on the phone about how it was not his fault. The problem was that I did not say it was the fault of North Georgia Automotive but that I needed help to get my car working. The Owner has terrible customer service and he is to busy to even help his customers out the right way, as I was told. You get better help from McDonalds in the h00d! I would not recommend this place because if you have issues with your car he will not take the time to try and find out what is wrong. He does not want to help, he just wants money. You can tell that North Georgia Automotive does not care about their promises or customers. I have to echo what L said ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE AND WORK EVER DONE ON ANY VEHICLE. So if you take your car to North Georgia Automotive it is with risk. I took my car to another place with great customer and automotive service. Imagine that!

Thanks!. I had my Explorer engine replaced here. This shop did everything we agreed on and more. It took longer than I had expected but I was driving a free car so I couldn't complain. I really appreciate this shop & everything they have done. Thank you!

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO FOR CAR PROBLEMS. You will only be sorely disappointed. The owner SEAN is a rude arrogant person with a personality like a timing belt.

He DID NOT give a loaner as pointed out on his web site.

Car has had nothing but HUGE problems since picking it up from the shop.

While we did not go there for personality reasons, this jerk has no people skills and from the looks of things, not much skill in major car repairs either.

GO TO LOCAL AT YAHOO....yea, there you will get the real story on reviews.

We have all paperwork and took the car to a REPUTABLE MECHANIC.......boy, SEAN messed up.

We went there because he was close to our home, but it's well worth the effort to drive out of your way to get things done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

They are the best!. I had the engine replaced in my 2002 Cadillac back in July 2011. I have nothing but praise for this shop and their employees. My car died 4th of July weekend. I gave them a call and they picked it up for free and gave me a loaner to drive until my car was repaired. He gave me a date on when the job would be completed and it was. He even allowed me to keep the loaner an additional week until I secured the funds to pay him. Brought it back after 2 weeks for a courtesy inspection and I have to say that I've experience no problems which my engine. Even sent a co-work to him to replace her engine. For the price and quality of work this shop does I don't know why a few folks are wining and complaining. He even found small minor things that need attention and he only charged me for parts. I rather take my vehicle to North Georgia Automotive than to Capital Cadillac for repairs! Kudos guys!!!!

Can't say thank you enough!!. The engine in my Magnum blew and I took it to a shop that just charged me $300 to tell me what I already knew. I assumed this whole situation of repairing my car was going to be a disaster. After searching for a shop to help me with an engine I found North GA Auto that had advertised as being a Dodge Magnum specialist. They offered free towing & a free car to drive on top of several extras they were already doing to the engine. I decided to get my car fixed there. Finally a decision my wife agreed with! It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my car back and it was worth the wait. When I picked my car up they offered me a courtesy 2 week check up on the engine. It's nice to know that people still take pride in their work. It has been several months since I got my engine replaced and I haven't had any trouble. I can't thank this company enough for being honest and for putting my wife and I at ease when it comes to car troubles.

BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!. I had a terrible experience at another shop trying to replace my Northstar engine in my Cadillac. I was jerked around for weeks, and when they finally finished the job wasn't done right and I was out of a big chunk of money. Determined to get it done right, I found North Georgia Automotive. Shawn was very informative and told me what had gone wrong, and put in a very good used motor for half the price the other shop tried charging me. He towed the vehicle for free to his shop, and also gave me a free car to drive while he worked on mine. The work was done in less than a week!! I only wish I had found North Georgia sooner!
