I haven't even gotten my Honda Accord back yet but I feel good about these guys
They picked up my car, let me use a loaner and have treated me great. He promised it back in two weeks but even if I get it back in 4 weeks I'll be happy. They specialize in engines and my repair should be pretty standard. Let's see
VERY RUDE STAFF. they are nice while doing work on your car, but this place is ancient.... they have no files on hand, I called for a copy of a receipt in which i was told " i'm busy i have other things to do but ill get to it sometime today" so 5 days later no email or fax i call again and am met with a male who picked up and basically kept telling me what i did and didn't need. WHAT HAPPENED to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant help but feel my cash was slid under the table. he proceeds to tell me personal information on his staff about a death in the family and how he is short handed and that it would take a week to dig up the receipt from JULY mind you its OCT. NO Professional handles business like this, LIFE HAPPENS and i'm not you punching bag just because you are short staffed. also it took 2 weeks longer than estimated to fix my car. what a joke.
They did a great job with the body work of my banged up Mini Truck. Left no trace at all.
I love how the staff get people in and out with a fast service and good manner. Never had a problem with service.
I took my Dodge Magnum to this shop for a new engine. I really care about my car and I want it to last a long time so I wanted to take it to a shop that cares about their work. After calling around a lot of places this shop seemed to have the most knowledge and what they offered was definitely the best quality. I had my car towed in for free and they gave me a free loaner car to drive so I didn't have to car-pool with my husband anymore. The loaner car definitely wasn't my Magnum but it worked and I can't complain. My car was ready to pick up about two weeks later. When I picked my car up the owner spent almost 20 minutes with me going over the work that was done and giving me helpful tips on better car care. It was explained to me why my previous engine failed, that on-time oil changes are a necessity for Dodge engines (they have a "sludge" problem), to have yearly cooling system check-ups and that their shop offers free engine check-ups. I am very satisfied with the work and I am very grateful I found this shop. I feel safe knowing that they worked on my car and I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Very very bad customer Service They had a add on craigslist for a car that was for part 2003 mercury Marquis
I called them so they can check if they Have the front bumper
The owner said yes
he has it
He give me the address When I arrived to pick up the bumper
He treated me really bad
I got a custom 350 conversion and a fresh paint job on my Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme. The owner knows a lot about conversions and the paint never looked so good. I am very happy with the work and they saved me a lot of money. I am going to use this shop from now on.
My transmission went out and after calling around for a few days I found North Georgia Automotive. They had my car towed in and three days later I was picking it up because it was ready. They didn't change the price on me or try and make me pay for extra stuff and I got a good warranty. It was a simple process of getting what I needed and them keeping their word. I am a big fan of this repair shop.
PAID FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER ACTUALLY DONE! DECEIVED!
I brought my vehicle here after a car accident. The insurance company paid for multiple things to be done. NG Auto received payment from them for the repairs and I have discovered that many of the repairs they were paid to do were never done. The repairs they did do were poor quality. My bumper has a gap under the front head light and the fender is now cracking again. I attempted to resolve this issue with NG Auto by having them issue a refund so I could have this done properly. They claimed no responsibility. I'm a young female and was clear deceived by a sleazy mechanic. DO NOT USE NG AUTO. Plenty of other mechanics in Acworth area.
