It was almost 2 full days to hear back for a service call time frame but their technicians arrived in the middle of a 3 hour window as promised. Assessed, diagnosed and repaired our natural gas furnace in just under 30 minutes with a 30 day limited warranty. Many companies are running lean. I would use North Cobb Heating & Cooling in the future short of a life threatening emergency outage.

Every appointment made (there were three because they can't properly diagnose a problem the first time) was at least 2 business days later and they wouldn't even give us a time or approximation (we were told, "We'll be there on Wednesday."). It is utterly impossible to get someone on the phone and don't bother leaving a voicemail if you actually get through to the secretary, Melissa, because she either doesn't check them or doesn't care. After 10 days without air conditioning during 90-100-degree temps, I was hung up on by both Bill, the incompetent technician, and Melissa in a 24-hour period. If we weren't forced by our warranty company to use this company in the first place, we definitely would have gone with someone else. After further investigation I saw North Cobb has an "F" rating on BBB...no surprise at all. DO NOT give these awful people your money or let them waste your time!
