Enjoyed ourselfs. My husband and I went in about 6pm only a few people there, potatoes skins and wings were good and the place itself was ok. We did enjoy our selfs and are planning on going back. My only complaint is that the phone number listed for this place is not a working number. Please get a phone number that works.
This Place is Horrible. My Husband and I wanted to do something different but clsoe to home. Choosing to try Flames for the first time was the worst decision we ever made. We walked in at 11pm, sat at a booth, same waitress walked by us 4x, at 11;40pm I went to the bar and asked the procedure to order something, she said she would send someone over, sent a very rude waitress at 12:17am we ordered two drinks and wings, got the drinks at 12:40am and the wings at 1:10am, My husband still gave the waitress a 3 dollar tip and we argued about it.......... This has to be the worst place Ive ever been, the crowd is raunchy, rude and busted..... Do yourself a favor and go to a more upscale venue this place is the worst, I dont know how they stay in business
Disrespectful to Neighbors.
Flames has been disrespectful to the neighborhood since day one. They are only a few feet away from a residential neighborhood and play loud music every Friday and Saturday night from 10PM to 3AM. The previous bar had a huge sound buffer in place which Flames promptly removed. The old bar also stopped playing loud music by 10PM.
There have been numerous complaint calls to the police and the police have visited Flames on numerous occasions. Yet it's been over a year and Flames continues to disrespect the neighborhood. Not only does the noise initiate from Flames, many of their customers also display their disrespect by playing loud music in the parking lot and upon arriving or departing.
Therefore, I have to give Flames a big thumbs down. In my opinion Flames should either be required to purchase proper sound buffers or move. If the County had any concern for the quality of life in Gwinnett County, Flames would be shut down.
