Horrible Customer Service!!. Took a machine to get it fixed and it took four days to even look at it even though it had less than 30hrs on it. Got the machine back and it wasnt fixed. Tech told me to bring it back and by the time I got there he had left for the day at 3 PM. It was Friday and nobody was in or answering the phone. Even though their hours are 9-5. Should have went to Janilink!
