Covington Walmart in need of Auto techs. Call ahead if you expect to have your car worked on at the Covigton SuperCenter. I was in two days in a row with no one available to assist me and only one (1) guy there at all working on oil changes, tires, etc. I spoke with the acting manager "Jeff" and made him aware of the situation. He was very professional and said they were painfully aware of the situation and were doing everything in their power to get more techs to work. I would still call ahead to save time.

Walmart Coupon Refusal. This particular Walmart refuses to accept printed coupons from the Internet unless they are in color. I questioned both the cashier and the store manager on their policy. They stated that it was a corporate policy. When I took those same coupons to Ingles I had no problems. After a call to Walmart corporate office I find the refusal of the black & white coupons is not a corporate policy and they had no idea why the Covington store refused to accept the coupons. It is not the first problem I have encountered with this particular location. Should you want to use your Black & White internet coupons I suggest being prepared to hold up the line and tell the manager to call Walmart corporate.
