Damaged my car, "not their policy" to fix it!. Took my car in for their most expensive wash today & when I got it back, there were several deep scratches on the wood grain center console. The manager refused to take responsibilty for the damage, saying "It is not our policy to repair or replace damage to your car unless we wreck it." !!! If you value your car, do NOT use this carwash. I certainly never will again.

Good business, but not very friendly. We used Mammoth to detail our '02 Escape before we sold it, so when we saw the deal they were offering on Living Social, we bought a certificate. However, when I called to set up an appointment to use it, I was told they won't take appointments for a hand wash/quick detail. I have an 11 month old and a 3 year old. I can't wait for 2-3 hours for my car to be washed if it's busy. When I tried explaining that to them, they told me when it's less busy.

That's great, but it's during my daughter's nap. I feel very disappointed and now I can't use the certificate. Needless to say, I won't be using Mammoth again.

Mammoth detail for my car alone. Been going to Mammoth for years now, and have never had them do my car wrong. The employees are always happy to see someone returning. It's simple drive up, tell them how you want it washed and then any extas you need/want. Then walk into a luxurious room to wait. Average wait is about 45 minutes. Sometimes you can find some unique conversations with other drivers. It's all about making your cars look the best that they can.

I only trust my car to Mammoth!. I just can't believe the level of quality given to me at Mammoth! You just drive you car up and someone greets you. You walk into the office and there's someone waiting for you. You pay for your services, and then wait for you car to be brought to the front for you. The level of quality they put into each wash/detail is amazing! They cleaned inside my rims, did an amazing vacumming job (I can't even do that good of a job and I'm a perfectionist!), and had the outside of my car sparkling clean. I even had some huge stains in the back of my car (have to love children!) and they got every single stain out with their shampoo vacumm. My car looked brand new! And you want to know the great part?? I've been taking my car (my pride and joy) to Mammoth Car Wash & Detail Salon for 4 year and have felt this way EVERY time! Keep it up Mammoth! You're by far the best all around!
