very disappointed. My friend and I went to Atlanta Hair Restoration today. We had very specific requests for our hair color. Beverly (the owner and stylist) didn't do at all what we wanted. My hair came out about 3 shades darker than I wanted and an entirely different color family. My friend's color wasn't at all what she asked for. I also asked for a hair trim. I specified that I did not want a lot cut off (1/4 of an inch). Beverly cut off 4 inches! We were definitely unhappy with this experience.
