DON'T DO IT!!!

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS.... But I am doing this in hoping it will help someone to not make the same mistake I made. The people are super nice until they gain your business then they treat you like you work for them and what they says goes. When my things were picked up they charged me an extra $130 just to wrap a big screen tv, a small mirror and a matress w/ plastic wrap and wardrobe boxes they did this w/o any advance warning to me that I would be charged this amount of money. When i called the lady i had been working with up to the point of my furniture acutally being picked up she admitted that she had not told me about these fees and when I continued to question her on why i was expected to still pay it she hung up n my face and would not answer my calls anymore, needless to say I never ever spoke to her again. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn't there when he finally called me back he told me "pay it or you don't get your furniture" that is verbatim what he said to me. To top it all off one of the guys that actually came to move my things called me later that night around 8pm trying to ask me out. Also I specifically asked if they sold their moves and they told me no, needless to say a guy from a totally different moving company delivered my furniture, I don't recall exactly what company he was with but he had it on his shirt and he actually told me he didn't work for them and that he just took the job so he wouldn't come back with an empty load. Please be careful, and pay the few extra bucks for a honest, quality mover. I have learned my lesson.

I hired Royal Moving for my move from Atlanta to San Francisco California. I was told by Nikki, that if I gave her a list of the items, she will provide for me with a garantied price. She gave me a price of $2850, it wasn't the lowest I received from all the other quotes, but I liked the idea that I get a garantied price. When the movers arrived, they packed my furniture very well, they had some kind of blankets to wrap around my furniture, they loaded up the truck, and I was out of the apartment with in 2.5 hours.

I arrived to San Francisco on april 30th, and I was called by a guy from Royal, he told me that the driver will be delivering my stuff on may 3rd. I was pleased, because I didn't have to pay high price hotels, and I could have my stuff before I started my new job.

I got my stuff 2 days ago, I will start working on the 7th, and I'm more than half way unpacked. I didn't have damages, I had a couple of plates broken, but it's ok, I was expecting way more broken stuff.

This guys did a great job, no problems, no arguments. I move a lot, because my job is transfering me from time to time.

Use this company, I recommending them to anyone I know. Great job guys, thanks. Sean
