Beautiful spa, but when I arrived, the snooty front desk guy was arguing w one of the women there about something. I had a good facial, but the girl was 30 minutes late and my appt was 15 minutes short. I told snooty front desk man this when he told me I owed $35 for the tip. He didn't respond to that, just typed on his screen for 5 or 10 minutes while I stood there holding my credit card out. I finally asked him if he realized I was standing there waiting to pay, he said that his computer wasn't ready for that yet. There was no apology for either of the waits and no apology for shorting my appt 15 min and overcharging me for the last 15 minutes I paid for but didn't get. There are so many good spas in Atlanta w well-mannered employees who actually care, so it's just not worth the xtra $$$$ to go to remede. That was my first and last time.

Disappointing Spa Experience Beautiful Hotel. Visited the Remede Spa. Average massage therapist, so disappointing- if you're going to charge a premium you should deliver a premium service. The facilities were beautiful but the staff of the spa is underwhelming. The spa bathroom is shared with the people using the pool so millions of kids running around make the space less than relaxing, if you even get to blow dry your hair which I didn't. Overall I say totallly avoid the spa - Gorgeous hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, SKIP THE SPA. No doubt this is one of the finest hotels in Atlanta. Too bad the Remede Spa doesn't live up to the rest of it. I had services there recently and the customer service was appalling. They wouldn't honor my gift card, made me pay for my services in full and then reimbursed my credit card weeks later for less than the full gift card amount! I complained and was offered a "discounted" room at the rate of $245! There are SO many fantastic spas in Atlanta ~ please take my advice and spend your money elsewhere. This spa is just not worth it.

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Very nice!. I had a chance to stay here a few weeks back and it was incredible. Staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Their wine bar was top notch. Just a great place all around in the ever growing luxury hotel industry.

Wonderful Hotel!. I planned a night at the St. Regis for my girlfriend and I. I had a few surprises in store for her and let the concierge know about them. The staff handled everything perfectly. The food in Paces 88 was great. The wine bar was very nice although Im not sure about those light blue outfits they wear. Everything went off without a hitch. The room was as luxurious as it gets. We loved our stay. I will definitely be back to stay here when we want an in-town get-a-way.
