My hair nightmare. Colorist overprocessed my hair and damaged it and the color is shockingly over-blonde and what made it worse- the owner was non-chalant about the botched hair job. Perhaps some stylists ok- but when an owner treats a client on the phone and doesnt try to even see the damage it's saying don't spend your money there.

Another colorist who tried to condition and add a rinse to calm down the color acknowledged I had to wait 4 weeks at least before I can try and fix it. BEWARE!

Melanie Bell is the best. This was my first visit to Dragonfly, but not my first with Melanie. She has been doing my hair for years at Helmet, but recently came to this cool salon! It's a real upscale place and very first class. Melanie is the best! She takes a lot of time with you, gives a great haircut, color is always perfect. She is a wonderful addition to the salon!

Joseph, Hairstylist Extraordinaire. What a great day! Went to Dragonfly for the first time today and it was really easy to find...14th Street to Howell Mill and just go straight into the parking lot. Needed a cut to get ready for my cruise so I went to find Joseph, who moved from Vis A Vis, and was greeted by friendly receptionists in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Just what I needed! Joseph is less formal in this location and is going by the name that fits him best - Jeff! Same great guy! Same great stylist! I'm thrilled with my haircut as Joseph/Jeff listened to my thoughts on a cut, and translated it into exactly what I wanted! Thank you, Jeff! Highly recommend the salon and Jeff!

Great Salon. I love this salon! The receptionists are extremely friendly and the stylists are awesome. I've seen Karen and Ryan for highlights and have never been disappointed. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Rip-off Alert!. I give this place one star because I have to, they should get zero stars. I went there because I got a GroupOn for a Keratin Brazilian hair straightening treatment. I have gotten them several times before at other salons, and they are awesome! I have always loved how stick straight and soft they make my hair. But not so much at Dragonfly.

What a complete SCAM. After the treatment, my hair was STILL CURLY!! But the best part is, when I called them, no only did they NOT apologize, they told me in a very condescending tone, that Keratin's do not "straighten" your hair, they just "relax" it. Oh really?! Then why does it say on your website that it is a straightening treatment? And why does the treatment straighten your hair at every other salon in Atlanta?

Be forewarned, ladies!! Do NOT go there. Major rip-off alert!!!
