Trainer to the STARS of Bodybuilding and Figure!

Dee is an amazing trainer and consultant to the PROS! I've been a WNBF Pro since 2004. After taking time off, I decided it was time to come back, try a new routine, new diet, new supplements and a new sanction. Complete makeover! You'll be surprised how much you can forget, or make mistakes after leaving the stage. Even though you've done it once, you still need help. It was almost like I knew what to do to train myself, but I was bombing horribly when it came to nutrition and supplementation. After watching me struggle about 6 weeks Dee approached me to see if I was a fellow competitor. Once he found out I was, it was like turning on the water faucet. He immediately offered his assistance and advice to help me. Dee not only picked apart my nutritional habits but he also was able to analyze and counter my genetics with safe herbal supplements that I had no clue would help me achieve my goals safely. Dee had me figured out in about a week and a half...by that time I had 8 weeks to take his advice and get it right. I was really putting him to the test! Normally competitors have at least 10-12 weeks to diet and supplement with total accuracy. I only had 8 weeks! I'm proud to say that Dee not only helped me reach a personal best, but he helped me get into TOP 5 at my first NGA show as an amateur. I placed 4th. My second show I continued with his advice, came in at 12% body fat. My muscles were vascular and separated, I placed 1st only a month later in SNBF!! Dee is my secret weapon for success!

Not only has he help me with building muscles and losing weight he has made me more knowledgeable about fitness and diet. I am more aware now of proper form, how I eat and what to do to get the desired results. I now know how to eat properly and get proper rest to get most out of my workout. Also with his focus on proper form I am able to workout hard without any aches and pains.

The Most Dedicated Trainer

I've known Dee since June of 2007. I originally was a trainer where Dee trained. I always observed the way Dee interacted with his clients. He impressed me more than anyone else. He is professional, creative, knowledgable, loyal and always works to accomodate his clients. He designs each program based on what is best and most effective for that client. There is nothing generic about Dee's training programs. I aproached Dee, as a trainer myself, to pick his brain. He immediately took me under his wing, and the next thing I knew, Dee became my personal trainer. My workouts were not only effective, but they were exciting and informative. He is what I call a well rounded trainer. And he practices what he preaches! I've seen and worked with some trainers that just provide some exercises and just pass you along. Dee was constantly changing up the sessions, putting nutrition plans together, and holding me accountable (in a supportive way). My body started to transform in ways I never thought itI could. I even have random people complimenting me and asking how to get a body like mine. I feel more energetic and have more confidence as well. Not only do I feel great, I gained a friend out of it. Unfortunately, my location has changed and am no longer able to train with Dee, but he still keeps in touch with me and gives me the boost I need. In the words of Dee, "you know I have your back."
