Completely unprofessional - They stood me up twice!. I scheduled my first appointment with them 3 months ago (yes THREE months ago) and have yet for them to clean my house! Although the A1 Cleaning Website has the nerve to brag about “service at the drop of a hat” I could never get an appointment less then a month away. The first appointment I had with them, they emailed me an hour and a half before to tell me that their staff called in sick. I couldn't even reach them again for over a week and then they scheduled me for a month out. On this second appointment, they were a complete NO SHOW - no email, phone call, nothing! I tried to call and email, but no one has returned my call and I'm still waiting! I would give them a zero star rating if I could!

WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER!! AVOID ONLINE SCAMS!. When I purchased the half off depot cleaning, it was supposed to be good for "2 hours of house cleaning covering up to 1,500 Sq Ft Cleaning Area". Upon purchasing the deal and scheduling an appointment, I receive an email from Essie which states that there are "online coupon terms" and that the voucher was only good for certain areas (common areas) and that I could purchase "a la carte" items if I chose to. I figured that previous groupon or half off depot clients had abused the fine print, so I didn't put up a fight....Even though my common areas covered much less than the 1,500 feet. On the day of the cleaning, she calls me and blatantly yells at me on the phone and says that her employees had been waiting outside forever and that it was "cutting into my time". I assume that her employees do not know how to use doorbells? Either way, she had sent three employees and they were in and out in less than 20 minutes! When I came downstairs to check on their progress and they had already left without saying a word! The dishes were stuffed haphazardly in the dishwasher, the counters were as dirty as ever, the trash left on the floor, the bathroom left uncleaned, and the floor sopping wet. They basically pushed the dirt around on the hardwood and called it "green cleaning". SAVE YOUR MONEY and go with a reliable honest cleaner!!

A+ for A1. Esse and the A1 staff that came to clean my house were very prompt, thorough and quick! They arrived early, got down to business and did an incredible job. The girls were no nonsense but very friendly. And Esse was very professional and very easy to work with regarding scheduling and (due to the snowmageddon 2011) the rescheduling of my appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend them to those in need of some good dependable help.
