Pressure sales for what you don't need, understandable - it's a business. But once i tell you what i need, don't sign me up for something unrelated & tell me it will help my situation.
But lack of confidentiality from staff is unacceptable --- i don't want everyone in the lobby knowing what i am there for, to have done. And treatment issues should not be discussed in the waiting room. I asked if their confidentiality policy is to have my personal life & medical issues broadcast to everyone else waiting. I guess it went down hill from there.......
The sales girl told me the procedure was to last about 45 minutes to an hour. We were done in 30, but still paid full price. Does the sales staff really not know what goes on in the back? The therapist had weak hands & did a poor job of exfoliation. She missed several areas like the bottom of feet, and neck that i ended up having to do myself. I also had to keep asking for more pressure. I have never seen a massage therapist with weak hands before.
Overall, the entire staff seemed in a hurry, and seemed to be rushing me out, even though it was during the week and not crowded.
Don't go with nice clothes on, I had excessive oil stains on my shirt and shorts. After i got home, there were oil spots on my car seat that had to be cleaned up.
Overall, i spent $80, but felt it was only worth $20 to $30. Definitely not a true "spa"
The devil is in the details . . .. Every time I'm in Douglasville visiting my mom, I book an appointment here to have my eyebrows done. They pay wonderful attention to detail, and will actually trim my brows. I pay twice as much in NYC for results that don't even come close. Can't wait for my next visit!

i sent my wife to GreenTree Spa because I am a Douglasville resident and I love supporting our local businesses. I must say the customer service when I walked in was not very good. The receptionist pretty much ignored my daughter and I. I had to ask a question and her answers were really brief and very unhelfpful. It even came to the point where she handed me a pamphlet and said eveything is ini there. Nothing wrong with that, BUT I know nothing about massages. When I go into Spa Sydell or even Massage Envy I am treated like the best customer in the world as is everyone else.
After the massage, my wife says it was average at best and to never send her there again. C'mon GreenTree, we want to support you but you need to get better.

My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday- As soon as I went for my appt- I fell in Love with this place. The services are phenominal and place is gorgeous! It literally takes you away from your daily stress and day to day activites. The facial, the massage, and they even have a place to eat and relax is stunning.
I recommend this unique spa to anyone looking to be pampered and pleasant day alone or with your significant other :))))

THINK TWICE BEFORE PATRONIZING THE GREENTREE DAY SPA!
My husband gave me a gift certificate for a full day at the Greentree Day Spa in Douglasvile. I originally had scheduled a day in early June for services, but I had to reschedule. After cancelling my first appointment, I rescheduled for a Saturday in July. When I arrived for my day at the Greentree, I was told that although the computer showed that my original day had been cancelled, it was not showing that I had rescheduled for any date. They were unable to accomodate me on that day, as they were all booked. I asked the receptionist if I could be reimbursed for my certificate and she gave me the owner, Carole Minecci's phone number.
When I contacted Carole and told her my story, she became quite abusive and told me that I was a "negative person who will not be satisfied and is looking to make trouble", and that she would not refund my money.
I feel that Ms. Minecci's comments and attitude toward me were rude, uncalled-for and unbecoming to a business owner. I am not a negative person, I would have been satisfied if my appointment had be properly rescheduled, and I am not looking to make trouble. I simply wanted my money back after scheduling an appointment was obviously not a guarantee that services would be rendered on an agreed-upon date.
Please think twice before patronizing the Greentree. They obviously are not service-oriented and do not treat their customers well and do not deserve our business. There are several other businesses offering spa services in Douglasville who do not verbally abuse their customers.
